This trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a smart hotel that completely changed my perception of accommodation! As an introvert and a lazy person, I'm absolutely thrilled 😭. ✅ Contactless facial recognition check-in means no waiting in line at the front desk. Just a face scan and you're in your room in seconds, giving you a complete sense of security. The whole-house voice control is amazing! Lying in bed, I just say ”Xiao Du,” and the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and TV are all controlled with a single command. Before bed, I say ”sleep mode” and the lights automatically turn off and the curtains close. In the morning, the ”wake-up mode” slowly opens the French windows, and I'm cured by the sunlight. 🤖 Robots deliver food and amenities, so you don't have to interact with anyone at all. This is truly the ultimate hotel for introverts!

This 'family trip' was actually a university visit with my child after the Gaokao (college entrance exam), so we chose a family room. The room was spacious and decorated adorably with children's picture books, toys, and wall art. The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean and tidy! The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The buffet breakfast was quite varied, and dining under the large umbrellas outside the restaurant was also a nice option. Highly recommend!

Every time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

It has to be Hilton for that top-notch quality. I was extremely satisfied with the service experience, and the accommodation environment was impeccable. The view of Romon U-Park outside the window was stunning. Hilton's breakfast also truly lived up to expectations. The local specialty snacks, tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls) and nian'gao (rice cakes), were incredibly authentic. The dumplings and wontons were all from Wanchai Ferry, freshly taken and opened from the fridge – so reliable! It's just a shame I don't have ten stomachs; I picked a few items to eat and was already full.

The room was very clean with no strange smells. The front desk staff were super friendly, and they processed my invoice quickly after I checked out. The location is fantastic, very close to Cultural Plaza and Hankyu, with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the underground parking costs extra, it's affordable and there are always spaces available, which is really convenient. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear the elevator, housekeepers talking in the hallway, and even the TV from the next room. However, considering it was less than 150 yuan a night, I can't really complain. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

Overall, I was satisfied. The surrounding facilities are complete, and the Impression City shopping mall is within walking distance. Parking is also convenient. The room was bright and clean, and breakfast was quite comprehensive. The only minor issues were that the front desk lobby was a bit small, and breakfast felt a little crowded. Also, the elevators could take a while during peak breakfast hours. However, all things considered, it's a great value for money choice.

I liked the taste of the countryside very much, so I booked two hotel rooms with hesitation and the old and the young. Unexpectedly, it was full of surprises! The hotel is less than 40 minutes drive from Ningbo Station. The public space is the kind of simple and bright holiday style. Outside the floor-to-ceiling glass windows are distant mountains and large late rice fields, full of poetry. The room size is larger than the average hotel, especially suitable for family trips and business vacations with old and young parents. I thought the newly opened hotel would have a taste. After contacting the housekeeper early, they carefully did air freshening treatment before check-in, and there was a more air freshener in the room. Breakfast is available in both Chinese and Western, with a wide variety of fresh and organic. Bistro, produced by Su Mu Western food, especially for the children who study abroad and return home on vacation, said it was delicious! There are also supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, as well as trails along the river. The most surprising thing is the pet cute paradise. The hotel will prepare to feed in advance and pick up and drop off guests. At this time, no matter how old or young, it seems that there is no age difference, and there is ”pet cute” in the eyes! Very casual two days! I heard from the hotel staff that there will be hot spring hotels opening in the later stage and should come again!

The hotel is in a great location, right in Hongtai Plaza in Ningbo's Eastern New City. It's super convenient for shopping at both Hongtai Plaza and Hankyu. In the evenings, it's also easy to find a late-night spot for drinks with friends. The hotel environment is very clean and quiet, making it suitable for families, couples, and business travelers. The breakfast is also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Nice clean and spacious hotel. The hotel is close to a metro station and connects to the airport. The area is mainly business but there are some shops and restaurants. Room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money would definitely stay again
