I booked the Mission Hills Lake View Suite in advance to celebrate my birthday. A few days before check-in, Manager Han proactively contacted me via WeChat to provide details like the location. After check-in, she personally escorted us to our room. Upon entering, I was immediately drawn to the birthday decorations and the birthday card on the table – it really showed the hotel's thoughtful service. The lake view from the suite was absolutely stunning! Manager Han also thoughtfully advised us on the best time to go to the buffet for dinner when the food selection would be most complete. When we returned to the room in the evening, we found eye masks and pastries on the bedside table; the turndown service was also excellent. Soon after, Manager Han delivered a cake. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this is one of the few that genuinely gifted a proper 6-inch chocolate cake, which, as a chocolate lover, was perfectly to my taste. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with all the little details at the hotel. My family and I had a happy and relaxing birthday, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

The room is very new and has no peculiar smell. The hotel is not far from the river and the location is a bit remote. However, it is convenient to book a taxi online in Ningbo. It is about 1 km away from the Old Waitan. You can go there at night and take a boat. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was very rich and self-service. The children actually ate a lot, and the waiter came over to talk to the children in a friendly manner. The hotel's front desk service is also good, and there are robots that deliver takeaways to the room. All in all very satisfied

Chose this private onsen room for a weekend getaway. The overall design is simple yet sophisticated, with soft, pleasing wood tones. The canopy bed linens are very comfortable, and the living area is spacious. The matching aromatherapy set and tea ceremony kit add a nice touch to the ambiance. The mini-bar offers a wide variety of complimentary drinks. The private onsen area gets plenty of natural light, and the bathroom is clean, well-equipped, and has a separate wet and dry area. The online customer service was very responsive, and they were generous with snacks, various tea bags, and extra linens. The service was thoughtful and attentive. It's the perfect place for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location is good, especially for those who drive themselves, it is right next to the elevated expressway and parking is convenient. The room facilities are complete and new. There was plenty of hot water, the air conditioning was strong and the TV was large. As soon as you enter the hall, there are pens and ink for writing Spring Festival couplets, and hot water, tea and coffee are available at the front desk. It is very convenient to go to the city center and the price is reasonable. The only minor drawback is that the restaurant is a bit small, and it was a bit crowded when we had breakfast together, and we all had to wait for a seat. The breakfast tastes good, including noodles, wontons and rice balls. The accommodation experience during the entire Spring Festival was very satisfactory.

Step out of the hotel and you're on the old Ningbo Bund. The hotel is eccentrically designed. I found one thing a bit odd- the shower and toilet were both with transparent glass doors and the shower door openned outwards towards the toilet (you could not enter the shower without going through the toilet and could not place a towel on the floor in front of the shower). Good stay for tourism.

Very satisfied with this hotel booked for the Guangliang concert! Excellent location, walking distance to the Olympic Sports Center. The room is clean and tidy, the space is large, the whole house is smart, the bedding is also very comfortable, and the breakfast is also made now. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Parking is convenient and free, the price is very good, next time I come to Ningbo to see the concert, I want to stay!

Great stay experience! The architecture, style, cultural heritage and service of the B&B are in line with my expectations. The large outdoor lawn, suite layout, smart panel, tea art, self-service barbecue, night performances, B&B bunny, special breakfast, quiet sleeping environment, big bowl of coffee, close parking lot, and walking distance to the scenic spot are all highlights that attract me to recommend it to my friends. It is very suitable for traveling with babies.
