The room was clean and tidy. I stayed for five nights. There were still cockroaches on the middle floor. I missed the face towel and sleeping drag. I was satisfied overall! We feel that the breakfast is very rich, all suitable for southerners, there are different styles every day, there are seafood noodles here are very good! Suitable for self-driving tours, there are plenty of parking spaces when you come back at night! The hotel has convenience stores and coffee shops in isolation. There are many restaurants and well-known restaurants in the square about 800 meters away.

Facilities: The internal facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is OK, but the environment outside the hotel is elegant and you can park for free. The service of the waiter and boss is really good👍The front desk lady has a good attitude.

The room is spacious, the mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the pillows are soft. The bedding is skin-friendly and breathable. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, hot water is stable, and both lighting and ventilation are excellent. Everything is meticulously clean with no strange smells, and the soundproofing is also good, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Front desk attendant Kitty provided very thoughtful and attentive service.

The room was ok and the stay was quite comfortable. The only drawback was that parking was not free and cost over 30 yuan a night. Transportation was very convenient nearby. The facilities were very complete and there was a laundry room.

I've been following this hotel since it was under renovation, all the way to its opening. Today, I specifically made time to experience this international hotel. The overall experience was excellent. The lobby design is very upscale, and the staff are enthusiastic. The room layout on the upper floors is great, exceptionally quiet, and the hygiene is spotless. The breakfast was delicious, featuring our Ningbo-style glutinous rice balls, and the handmade wontons were fantastic. It's definitely worth recommending to everyone and worth staying at. A pride for Zhenhai locals.

Check-in was quick and efficient; the front desk staff proactively offered warm tea and provided detailed information about all hotel services. The room was bright and airy, impeccably clean, with soft, skin-friendly cotton bedding, a very comfortable mattress and pillows, a separate shower and toilet, and pleasantly scented toiletries. The late-night congee was comforting and soothing, and the 24-hour laundry and dryer were perfect for travelers. The breakfast offered a blend of local specialties and home-style cooking. The location is conveniently close to the subway and shopping district, with two large shopping malls nearby, making dining and getting around easy. The service throughout was warm and unpretentious, like staying in a cozy home in the city – ideal for both business and leisure travel!

I had a wonderful vacation here and will definitely come back for my next vacation.

I arrived in the early morning, and the front desk upgraded my room. The room was large and the environment was nice. Upon entering, I noticed stains on the bedside table, which I could wipe off with a wet wipe… There was a constant rattling sound from the window. I extended my stay the following night. Next to the bed was the washbasin, and a terrible sewer stench began to rise, an unbearable smell that persisted, even clogging the sink drain didn't help. So I called the front desk, and they sent a man. I greeted him with ”Hello,” and he came in silently, chewing gum, and sprayed a lot of air freshener, which was pungent. After the air freshener smell wore off, the stench returned, making it impossible to sleep. In the afternoon, around 1 PM, construction noise became incessant; I don't know when it started, but the running water turned orange…
