Excellent location with lots of food and shopping options nearby. However it is in a bit shady area with many clubs, smokers and girls waiting around especially after 930pm. Room itself was clean although very tight for 2 adults and 1 child.

The room was clean and tidy. Besides standard bathroom facilities, it also had a sink and a washing machine. The hallway from the entrance to the bed was quite narrow, as was the space at the foot of the bed, making the room feel a bit cramped. The location is less than 1 km from Shin-Osaka Station, and the hotel provides a scheduled 9-seater van service to and from the station. The breakfast was excellent and delicious.
