really convenient location within walking distance to public transport and dotonbori. there's also famima, lawson and 7eleven all right outside. rooms were also larger than usual and very clean. even though there's no front desk, check in and check out processes were very simple. would definitely stay here again if i'm back in Osaka.

The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

The location isn’t as near to Nippombashi as it claims to be. Getting there at night was challenging as it was through dark alleys that were strewn with garbage. Once the accomodation was located, the room was clean and bright and had all the necessary amenities that it advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful and all information required to check in was sent in an email after confirmation. Not suitable if you are travelling with large suitcases. If you are using the futon, you’ll have to make it up yourself. Then there will be no more room left to open your bags.

Clean, new hotel near the subway station. Complete equipment The employees are very attentive. The price is not expensive at all compared to the quality. Will stay here again if I come to Osaka.

Facilities: microwave oven/refrigerator/washing machine (with washing powder)/pots and pans/chopsticks, spoons and forks/knife and cutting board; Hygiene: My daughter likes to walk barefoot on the carpet, and her socks are also clean. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to Shin-Imamiya and 10 minutes to walk to the zoo (we are with the children); Service: Although the whole process was through email exchanges, communication was barrier-free, and check-in was also convenient and safe; It was a very correct choice to choose you this time. Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!
