GGuest UserThis is not a hotel, is a 3 level Villa with a rooftop overlooking the Mount Fuji.
The place is very remote not advisable for someone do not have a transport.
The villa is huge and there are 4 beds. 2 at level 1 and level 2.
Rooftop is open air and can do BBQ though need to pay a rental of 50000yen per person.
The bathroom is very clean and nice and overlooking at Mt. Fuji.
After all , is suitable for a big family stay, and the place is not cheap.
I book it for the experience and the appealing factor of able to overlook the Mt. Fuji.

SS. MeFirst time stay . Thought it come with the private outdoor bath but realize the official website and 3rd party booking us different ,so slightly get disappointed.
Overall stay is good with shuttle bus to pick up during arrival and checkout but do take note upon requesting it booking only. The lobby will have snacks and welcome drink which allow u free to take.
Room is spacious and clean. The dinner was great who prefer simple and varieties japanese food. The location so far is good is about 15-20min walking distance to kawaguchiko station

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station in the morning, which is convenient as it's a bit of a walk. For the best photo opportunities of Mount Fuji, head a short distance to the right of the hotel.

Though small things could be improved. Like having coffee in the room, having the balcony glass cleaned to have a clear view of the mountain and maybe insulating more the windows/doors - as it was very easy to hear everything going around the hotel or the people in the street and our room was 4th floor, we could still hear people at night.
The food was great quality, however buffet style always drags down a bit of the experience, especially when it wasn’t a low/mid budget hotel. But that’s just an opinion.
But overall, grateful to have had experienced mount Fuji from this hotel. ☺️🗻

Xxuanxuan0824This place is highly recommended if you're just looking to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, it's not very convenient for independent travelers. There are no shops, no taxis, and no bicycles. Buses are also infrequent, making it really difficult to get around. The only upside is waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from your room. I'd suggest staying in the city; you can still see Mount Fuji from there and have easy access to transportation. Both breakfast and dinner were just okay.

MMiketecWhen I booked, I double-checked with the hotel to confirm that the room would have a window directly facing Lake Kawaguchiko, as well as another window with a view of Mount Fuji. However, upon entering the room, I found there was only one window, and I had to crane my neck to catch a glimpse of Lake Kawaguchiko. The room next door (X11) clearly had one window directly facing the lake and another with a Mount Fuji view. Why weren't we given that room? We booked in early to mid-May, and we even arrived at the hotel before 4 PM on the day of check-in. On top of that, the bathroom in our room was ridiculously small; even an average-sized woman, let alone a man, would struggle to close the door once inside 😂.
This was also my first time staying at a Japanese onsen hotel where almost 80% of the staff were non-Japanese, which probably explains why most of the guests were Westerners 🤣. And it was also my first time at an onsen hotel where there were absolutely no skincare products in the onsen area. Were they perhaps so afraid of 'foreigners' misusing them that they stopped providing them altogether?? 🥹

NNaqueyaFor some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking).
Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people.
There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy.
The view from the villa was great!
The beds were nice!
Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe!
The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry.
Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in.
The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

GGuest UserThe staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.
When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.
The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Would absolutely stay with them again.

GGuest UserThe staff here was friendly and good in English. Can communicate and understand what we need. Highly recommended the location of the hotel is near to the bus-stop also, from both directions. And the view was nice can see the Kawaguchigo lake but without Mount Fuji, because if the direction. Hotel breakfast was buffet style, various type of choices and Japanese food to pick!
