AANASTEICHThis is the best hotel I've ever been to! The hotel is located in Hoi An, a quiet area near the river and the sea. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel and drive to the center of Da Nang in 40 minutes. There are also free bicycles from the hotel, on which you can explore the old district of Hoi Ana. When we first arrived to check in, we were met by a nice girl (hostess), immediately pleased us, offered juice and told and showed us what we can do in Da Nang. Helped to accommodate and left us in a great mood. The room turned out to be spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the river and a courtyard with a swimming pool. The room had everything you needed: towels, shower accessories, coffee, tea and water bottles, which were replenished every day. We booked a room with breakfast, so every morning we had a great breakfast, everything was very tasty and as a compliment we always brought fruit. Breakfast could be chosen per day from the proposed menu. In general, I am delighted with this hospitality and pastime. We will definitely come back again! The hostess is very nice and you can see how everything is done with soul and sincerity. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserAdvice to anyone that reads our feedback. YOU MUST STAY HERE!We walked around the market, the town, the beach, etc., both during the day and at night, for a total of 40,000 steps! It was good exercise. We recommend the boat ride and the lantern floating.

GGuest UserThe room Ctrip assigned us wasn't great; the window faced a wall. The hotel room was small, with a bed around 2 meters, but because we had a child over 12, we were asked to pay for an extra bed and breakfast. Luckily, Ctrip helped cover these costs. After the extra bed was added, the room felt cramped, and there was no desk or chair for using a laptop, which my husband found very inconvenient. The breakfast quality was also quite mediocre. The worst part was the service; the reception staff at the restaurant had a harsh tone and showed no expression, and no one offered to take our coffee order after we were seated. When we checked out, there was no bellboy to help with our luggage.

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

ЛЛяйсанМThis hotel is excellent! It's very clean, and the breakfasts are delicious (the best pho bo I've ever tasted). The room has a bathtub, which was exactly what I needed after long walks. It's located in a quiet area, and there's a free shuttle bus to the Old Town at 5 PM (you need to notify the front desk half an hour in advance), or you can take a taxi for 10 minutes (35,000 VND). The hotel also provides free bicycles. We rode around some stunning photo spots and saw how rice and peanuts are grown. We also cycled through charming village streets. Just a 2-minute walk across the road is a boat station where you can take a ride on the round boats for 100,000 VND. A kind Vietnamese man entertained us there! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

SSarah Jesse PretoriusA very pretty hotel, well taken care of. The bedroom was well decorated and comfortable 🌸 The bath was clean and lovely to soak in, and the robes were soft and silky. There were lots of toiletries and free water, tea and coffee. -＞ The only negative thing I can say, is that the room had a strong musty/moldy smell, but there was no obvious cause, which was confusing, and the towels were still a bit wet although they were folded and smelled clean.
The pool was nice and big, they also have a billiards and foosball table. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good amount of options 😁
The location is also good, down a smaller quieter road, about 20min walk to the old town.
The staff were absolutely friendly, sweet and accommodating Thank you for your hospitality 🙏🏼😊

We recently stayed at this lovely eco hotel as a family of four (with two big boys, 12 and 18) and had a wonderful experience.
Location: Perfect. It's calm, quiet, and set back from the noise, yet only a 10-minute taxi ride to the bustling Hoi An Ancient Town. The best of both worlds.
Room: Spacious, very clean, and had all the basics we needed. The two beds were ample even for our growing teenagers. We visited in winter, so the weather was mild and the AC was perfectly sufficient. A note for summer travelers: the room has AC, but you might appreciate using the provided fan as well for extra comfort.
Hotel & Amenities: The hotel is small and beautifully designed, with a real focus on peaceful, eco-friendly living. A real bonus was the swimming pool—a great spot to relax. They also offer free bikes, which is a fantastic way to explore the nearby area.
Breakfast: Don't expect a huge international buffet, and that's a good thing! The breakfast focuses on quality, local ingredients: fresh tropical fruits, vegetables, delicious hot local noodles, and outstanding fresh Vietnamese coffee every morning. It was a tasty and authentic start to each day.
Staff: Exceptionally helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make recommendations, including a motorbike tour that our kids absolutely loved. It was a highlight of our trip.
Overall: We would not hesitate to stay here again. It provided the serene, comfortable base we needed, with easy access to the town and thoughtful amenities. We would love to come back on our next visit to Hoi An.
Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone seeking a tranquil, eco-conscious stay close to the action.

EElena__MWe spent two nights here and I was pleasantly surprised by the service - the receptionists provided everything we needed very quickly and on request.
When we first arrived, we were put on the first floor. I was tired and didn't realize I could ask for a room change.
I was upset because the windows faced a gray wall and the advertised view of the river was almost nonexistent.
But the next morning, when I approached the receptionist and asked to be moved, she gave us a room upstairs without any problems, and it had a very beautiful view.
The shower had hot water and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The room was really large.
We only had breakfast on the first day, and unfortunately, it was quite limited - we arrived at 9am, and fruit, juice, coffee, and most of the dishes were gone by then. Of the vegetarian options, I found some greens and two spoons of dry rice.
But the quality of service was also high - when I asked for more yogurt, they gave it to us.
We didn't have breakfast the next morning.
If I understand correctly, that's The project, which will include several buildings, is currently under active construction, so there are few residents on the premises and it is a rather secluded place.

처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
