EHM Hotels in Phnom Penh

A great location for the nationwide VET Airbus service. The bus station is literally next door so I gave top marks. Better options available downtown if visiting Phnom Penh. The hotel was a bit 1970’s/80’s in decor but good enough for a one night stay. I found the breakfast disappointing. It was a bit underwhelming if you’re starting a long bus journey-US$7.50 ( see photo). For tourists, charge a bit more, say US$12.50 and give a 2 egg omelette , unlimited coffee etc, proper bacon slices and send the punter away happy. The bus station has a restaurant attached as an alternative.

Absolutely perfect. From start to finish, Caravan Hotel and all of its aspects made the stay welcoming and comfortable. Situated within both walking, Tuk Tuk, and driving or biking distances from many must-sees of the capital city, Phnom Penh. The amenities and hotel areas are well worth a visit even if at a different hotel. There is a lively Garden Cafe, Spa, Sky Bar, Blossom Restaurant, and welcoming Lobby. Menu options for dining and room great. Down the street is Meta House for art enthusiasts, and market stalls or banking needs are very close. They have their own Tuk Tuk service also, and I noticed they do cater to large tour groups. The price value top notch.

The front desk service was excellent; someone was even waiting to greet us at the main entrance when we arrived in the middle of the night. All the staff greeted us with smiles and a 'wai' (hands pressed together), which made us feel very welcome. The restaurant's ambiance and food were both fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding greenery were also very pleasant. The location is superb, right by the palace, and within walking distance of the Mekong River and the night market!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility that instantly made me feel at peace. The environment was not only elegant and serene, but also thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. My stay was incredibly relaxing, with every detail tailored to create a sense of home away from home. Without a doubt, this is a place I’ll keep coming back to — it’s a rare gem that delivers both beauty and heart.
