The drive from and to the airport was on time and very friendly. (I believe at had nothing to do with the hotel, but the deal). The hotel is nothing better than standard. Location can be comfortable, if you are understand the tram timetables and maps. Rooms are clean and apuiped with minimal needs. We found it quite frustrating that after a whole day out side in the city and sites, or early morning get ups, there was no way to have a cup of coffee/tea. Had to go out to a coffee shop. The staff are ”filling” their jobs, not much more. The city is beautiful, interesting and tasty.

Orange juice and apple juice are not up to standard as other comments described. Coffee is just standard. Other than that the breakfast is all fine. As a 4-star hotel you get what you expected.
