"I was really satisfied with this high-rise hotel. Its location is excellent, very close to both the subway station and the cable car. My room was on the 44th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows showing off the beautiful mountain city both day and night. The hammock was super comfortable, and taking a bath in the tub while overlooking the night view was incredibly relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and I was surprised to find it even had a sauna – it was a great way to relieve fatigue after a day of exploring. It would be a shame to visit Chongqing and not experience one of these unique river-view rooms. Overall, a great experience!"

"Stayed with a friend in a two-bedroom suite on the 48th floor. The moment we opened the curtains, we were greeted by the dazzling night view of Guanyinqiao. But what truly warmed our hearts was the 'genuine warmth' in the service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. When we asked about a nearby BBQ restaurant with a river view, she pulled out her phone and showed us reviews from previous guests, even highlighting a spot with 'must-try grilled brain.' Both bedrooms had panoramic bay windows. The housekeeping auntie in my friend's room thoughtfully provided extra charging cables, and in our room, we found chilled plum juice. At 2 AM, when we mentioned we wanted a late-night snack, they actually helped us contact a 24-hour convenience store for delivery! The service wasn't just a by-the-book 'okay'; it was a knowing 'I understand what you need' kind of默契. Staying on the 48th floor offers a beautiful view, but the service is even more heartwarming. We'll definitely book here again next time!"

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Its location in the Jiefangbei area is very convenient, close to Hongya Cave and Bayi Food Street. The river view room indeed offers a great view of Qiansimen Bridge. The bathroom is spacious, and the TV in the room even allowed us to catch up on TV shows. The landlady's recommendation for Jiang Er Wa Chuan Chuan Xiang was absolutely delicious. On my last day, they even granted me a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only minor drawback was the inconsistent and often disconnected Wi-Fi. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied.

__WeChat49422****I traveled to Chongqing alone and did some research. The general consensus was that while Jiefangbei offers convenient transportation, the guesthouses there aren't great. However, given the transport advantage, I still decided to stay in Jiefangbei, and it turned out to be the right gamble. This place, called Jiting, is designed much like a budget hotel chain such as Ji Hotel or Hanting, with a clean and minimalist style. A thoughtful detail is the water dispensers in both the hallway and lobby, offering hot and cold water – super convenient, as most hotels usually require you to bother the front desk for hot water. Moreover, the location is fantastic; it's right outside the subway exit and very close to Hongyadong. I'd highly recommend it to friends visiting Chongqing. The front desk service was also great; I went to Wulong for a day and left my luggage at the front desk, then picked it up upon my return to continue my stay, which was incredibly convenient.

The bad:
The service during new year's eve was a disaster. We paid for a cocktail that never came and we ordered a ”latte” that was cold and with a strange taste, it was really messy and ruined our new year's experience.
On top of that for checkout the lady gave us a gift which we appreciate but she was forcing us to make a 5 star review in place and when we said we'll do it later she didn't like it. You don't need this kind of things for 5 star reviews as your hotel is actually very comfortable, just improve your service.
The translator machine also does a bad translation and generates extra miscommunication.

GGuest UserI was only staying in a nice hotel for 1 night so I wanted to make it a good one. I did 4 hours research before deciding on this hotel. My criteria was that it had to have the best views of the city and of the river bank lights. It also had to have a bath tub and feel slightly extraordinary. Happy to report my research did not disappoint. I noticed that a lot of the most expensive instagrammable hotels were all in the same area and even the same building. This one is also on the 56th floor so you are guaranteed to be getting a great view depending on which side of the building the room you pick is. I chose one looking at the WFC building and the river bank and it was great. The hotel is all on one floor though and you can walk around and getting views from all side if you want. The room was super nice and definitely special. Not quite as novelty boutique as some of the other more expensive ones, but with the same view and great room still. As this is a small hotel there is no breakfast, but thats ok. The staff are also really nice and welcoming/helpful and give you a little goodie bag of treats when you leave. For price to what you get ratio, it hits all the marks.

The staff, especially UU, were very friendly and helpful; they'd even assist with issues late at night via WeChat. Overall, it's a good stay, mainly because it's so close to all the main attractions. Very convenient! Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby!🍰

小小白的白球鞋足迹I had a very satisfying stay here. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and very close to Linjiangmen Station on Metro Line 2. The Bayi snack street is also nearby. The front desk offers complimentary ice cream, popcorn, and sweet soup daily, along with comforting congee. There's also a mini-program that provides a wide range of free travel essentials, which is a really thoughtful touch. The rooms feature XiaoDu smart control and free laundry and drying facilities. While the in-room amenities aren't the newest, the hygiene is impeccable.

The room's location was excellent, and I really appreciate the hotel upgrading my room. This time, I was upgraded to an executive floor, and the butler would check in with us periodically, responding to all our needs – it was very nice. In late December, it was quite cold outside, so the heated pool was a huge plus; the kids could play in the evening, and I didn't have to worry about the water temperature. Although there wasn't a bed rail, the bed was large enough for three people without disturbing each other. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit and recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing.

ZZouyuzhouThe location is absolutely fantastic, right between Hongyadong and Jiefangbei! It's simply amazing 🌟. As soon as you step out, you're greeted with breathtaking river views 😭😭😭. The room comes with two bottles of water, standard. The front desk service was also great, offering two types of tea bags: green tea and black tea, which was a nice touch. Chongqing hotpot is seriously delicious 🤤. I've already recommended this place to my friends and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!

The hotel boasts convenient transportation, perfectly avoiding the traffic restrictions of the bustling downtown area. The room itself is very spacious, and the washer/dryer combo along with the kitchen facilities are excellent. The breakfast is quite varied. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

GGuest UserOverall a great place. Beautiful rooms of the highest quality in every regard. The best features are the hot spring pools in the rooms of course. The showers are also great( two in every shower room) Great quality TV with great sound. Good selection of movies( not the latest releases) but all free. Food at the hotell restaurants had good standard. The best we have experienced in China. But for double the price we would pay for the same quality Chinese food in Norway. Surprisingly!
But keep clear of the pizza. It is actually just a frozen pizza type. Very small. We didn’t order any more western dishes after that, except for the Cesar’s salad. Which was good.
The place is old now and a bit worn. But it’s still is very very beautiful and high quality.
Where this hotell really shines is the services of the staff. Even if they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Chinese they are very patient.
To a Norwegian it is almost too much. They carry your bags even when thy are too heavie and many for one person.
They drive you you to and from your room if you have a villa.
We got an upgrade from ordinary room with hot spring pool and double bed to a villa! Because we found 6 small worms in the shower room.
I think this is pretty hard to avoid in such a sub tropical and humid environment.
But we reported it to the staff and they immediately gave us an upgrade with a complementary big fruit basket. We were blown away by this huge upgrade.
Only thing that was a bit negative and unexpected is the extra deposit fee which is quite high.
I think this should have been more clearly informed in the hotell booking and hotell online page.
We were a bit low on funds as Banyan tree was our last hotell stay in China before leaving and we were on a planned but tight budget.
We solved it of course with our Mastercard but it caused a bit stress for us.
And a second thing is that using Alipay instead of WeChat is more difficult at the hotell. ( not impossible)But without Chinese phone number you can’t use WeChat.
