On the whole, it's pretty good, and it's not bad. To condemn Ctrip for lying! There is no such thing as entering a hydrophilic room or directly into the pool! !! The pool is small and it is a separate location, there is no room for direct access! !!

I often travel to Pune, but this time I was in a hurry so I set it not far from the foundation. The hotel is more than ten minutes from the base, which is very convenient. The facilities are passable. I do n’t have a big impression.

Rooms are spacious. Property is top notch. Indoor games for kids has variety. Pool is great with nice waterfall and cave ambience. Food though is great in quality , is way overpriced for the quantity that they serve at Salsa or room service. Breakfast is good. The buggys are great to see the place around.

There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price.

Amazing hotel. big room, good qualtified amenities and all kinds of dining were awesome. but you had to check your bill when checking out because they tried to charge me for services used in other rooms.

Great place with history to learn.. Grand welcome.. So much to understand at this heritage fort Food is awesome with authentic taste.. Chef ***gesh ensured that all meals were served at its best with his smile which days welcome Abhishek and his team were always on toes... Might have forgotten some names but Sushant, gulshan with their service gestures really made it so pleasant Can't miss on tukaram who ensured that the culture is spoken and understood well to adults and children. Thank you Team as I write this few words which is making my family stay so great while I'm still at fort...

Excellent service and prompt. Amit Ensured a warm welcome and was accomodating of our needs and room. Rooms were spacious and well kept. At the breakfast counter, Suhani hosted us. She was polite and courteous and attended to our needs. Made sure we're comfortable and we would definitely recommend this place for future stays.

Wonderful experience at every stage. Handled a corporate event, so booked rooms plus the banquet. Met with pleasant smiling faces of Reshma, Din Din, Esther while entering the hotel. They make you very welcome and instantly you feel you are at the right place. Dinesh with Pang at the concierge are very helpful, very happy to make you at ease while they sort out your bags, and anything else under the sun. Jayant and Kanish, ***** with Winoma ensured that all our delegates checked in smoothly, and did what ever they could to accommodate special requests. The entire restaurant staff, under the guidance of super chef ***oj were very efficient. Special mention to Ayan and Chanchal who served all our clients with a smile. I can still remember how we gorged on the sea food and the patisserie. We had already conducted a recce, but staying in the luxurious spacious (standard) rooms of The Ritz Carlton was a step-up from the various other hotels we use for our events. A few view options from the rooms, one is a huge concrete park between the hotel and the adjacent office buildings, and the other would overlook the golf course across the road. The events team cooperated well with our production team, so thank you!

Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.
