Nice cozy little hotel, but our room faced a construction site so a bit noisy in the morning. Room amenities clean and new, but gym can be cleaned better. One thing I need to mention is that the pillows are really uncomfortable!

Overall, the location, service and facilities are very good. but the pricing is a bit on expensive side. The buffet breakfast at hotel with limited choices which can not compare with the same kind of hotels category in Asia....can't expect too much. You may consider to book room only instead. The service and the reception, concierge and doorman are very helpful and providing many information. If the service and attentiveness at the cafe (during serving breakfast) can be enhance, it will be much better.

There was road construction near the hotel and no signs. I walked for a long time and finally got in through the ice cream bucket. The quilt didn't have a quilt cover. It was sandwiched between two large sheets, which was very easy to get messy. The pillow was very uncomfortable and I got a stiff neck on the second day. I called to change the latex pillow on the second night, but it was still uncomfortable because it was too high. I had to make do with it. The faucet in the bathroom was difficult to control. If you are not careful, the water will flow too much and splash all over the countertop. The shower was also difficult to adjust. I was given a bottle of water and sparkling water on the first night, but I was given sparkling water for the next two nights. There is a Pugbug right in front of you, The location is very good as it is in the center of the city. We saved the parking fee by asking for a free parking lot. It was convenient because the stairs (ramp) connected to one of them, Man st., were right next to it. The staff are welcoming and friendly with a smile!

The entire hotel is open for business while being renovated. The hotel is very, very old, so old that it is unsightly.
