Eventhough the hotel is not in Central but is within walkable distance. However, the hotel is just beside the Higashi Sapporo Station (Tozai Line) Exit 1, 3 stops from Odori Station. It is also very convenient to get to the New Chitose Airport (especially you have many baggage) by taking the subway to Shin Sapporo Station (about 5 stops away) and changed to the JR Line to the Airport (about 20 mins, if not mistaken). Aeon Supermarket is just beside the hotel . About 300-400m, away you have a shopping mall that housed Uniqlo, Gu (that my favourite), ABC Mart, DeCohome (under Nittori) plus others. You also have restaurants in the Mall and KOMEDA's Coffee Cafe is just opposite the Mall. In the hotel you have sauna room and laundry room. The room is very clean. The hotel is digitally manned but if you hit any problem, you can call for assistance and there will be staff coming out to assist you. Sapporo is a walkable city as every thing is within walking distance if you can walk. I was happy to stay in this hotel as I was very skeptical when I first booked this hotel. The rate is also very reasonably priced if you booked early.
The location is convenient, with a convenience store nearby. The place is spacious and suitable for families. The service is good, and customer service replies quickly. However, the kitchen utensils and bathroom cleanliness were a bit lacking.
The house number is too small and cute. The first time I opened the navigation, I didn't find it. Later, a coffee shop lady showed me the way in the snow. I took a closer look and hung a small sign on the wall. It seems to be a small hotel that was changed from a single apartment before. I won't get the key when I check out. Just a Japanese man went downstairs and said he would just put the key in the house. I couldn't find the living room light switch when I entered the door. I called and asked if I could come to see someone. Later, I found the remote control of the light on the coffee table. The soundproofing is not very good. My room is very close to the corridor. Someone went upstairs in the middle of the night. I don't know whose child has been walking around the house from 12 o'clock to midnight. The snoring is very annoying. Consider carefully for those who are sensitive to sound. The equipment is quite complete, there is heating in the house, and the hygiene is not bad. It would be better if there was a kettle. 😅
The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.
The surroundings are relatively quiet, not far from the subway Shiraishi Station, and there are also nearby New Chitose Airport buses passing by, and the traffic is quite convenient, but it is definitely not as good as Sapporo Station and Odori area.
Pure self check-in, no front desk staff. The room size is quite large and the facilities are complete. Compared with the hotel, there is one more kitchen, but the air conditioner seems not very good. Although Sapporo is very cool at night, the air conditioner is not just needed. There is a piece of Japanese paper on the window. The general idea is that the window cannot be opened, but the following instructions are not understood. It is recommended that at least one English version be added. The main shortcoming is probably the toilet, which is super easy to block, the bath time is a little longer, and the water comes up. I also hope that the homeowner will pay attention to this problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Kazaya Sapporo. The house was cosy, clean, and very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day out. We truly enjoyed our time here.
As a small suggestion, having a few additional essential household items such as a clock, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, or a laundry basket would make the stay even more convenient.
We also purchased a medium-sized pot and left it in the kitchen for future guests to use.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to leave a positive review on Trip.com. Highly recommended!
The room was large and clean and the kitchen was complete.
When I put out hot water in the bath, a pretty loud sound came out of the water heater, and I was a little scared though there was no problem with using it.
The station was close and accessible, and the 24-hour supermarket was close, so I was able to spend comfortably during my stay.
This time, I used it near the dormitory for 10 days to prepare for my son's new life as a high school student.
It was easy to access from Nango 7 Chome on the subway, and it was easy to reach Odori and Shin Sapporo. The room was clean and there was a washing machine, so I think I had a comfortable stay. I still needed a gas heater in the morning and evening, but it was nice to warm up immediately. I'm sorry I had accumulated garbage for 10 days. Thank you for your help for 10 days. Thank you very much!
It was clean and the building was nice and beautiful.
I called to check in late, and they explained everything to me in detail.
Thank you very much.
I'd also like to be able to watch TV and YouTube.
I used the apartment for the first time.
The layout of the room was fashionable, but the dust was terrible. The sofas, cushions and windows were also stained. The remote control of the TV was not able to be paired with the manufacturer different from the TV at all.
However, it was good because I was able to stay cheaply.
