Staff are very nice despite some minor communication issues (language barriers). Clean and large room with separate wet and dry areas. A big plus for very comfy bed and good quality shampoo!! Housekeeping was daily and was generous with the minibar fill-up. I mostly took videos so here are the views from the room (2-3) and from the elevator area (1).

He consistently went above and beyond, ensuring our every need was met promptly, even outside his regular hours. Miss Sia provided wonderful care and joy to our children, making them feel at home. Mr. Liu Hai's insightful commentary on the hotel's art collection enhanced our stay, deepening our cultural experience. On the third day of our journey, we had initially planned to move to another luxury hotel on the Bund. However, we were dissuaded by the service there. Eventually, at half past eleven that same night, we happily returned to J Hotel to continue our stay. We are delighted that domestic hotels can achieve such high standards of service. We are grateful to Butler George, Miss Sia, Mr. Liu Hai, and the entire staff for making our time here truly memorable.

I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

To be honest, the room is excellent. When you enter the room, you can see that it is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable and warm to stay in. I strongly recommend this hotel, and the service provided by Sana is good.

Environment: Close to Hongqiao Creative Industrial Park, only 320 meters away from Wojia Bookstore (24-hour library), because I was going to take an exam, it was very convenient and the environment was good! There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, very convenient~ Sanitation: Live in Room 2108, the room is super large, very clean, and very cost-effective! Facilities: The facilities are also great, but I suspect there are cameras in many places. Basically, there are red glowing dots in every socket, which are still bright after unplugging the power. The front desk receptionist said it was a normal facility. Because I was traveling alone, I was a little scared. I hope I was overthinking it. We have been Shanghai servers times.But Hyatt impressed most by its tremendous facilities and extraordinary services. Especially for those who worked in the lobby and restaurant. Hennessey and Joe delivered us a unforgettable memories for this stay. BTW ,Yuki and Leo as well. Thank you all

A very good experience. Good for families who wanted to visit the Ocean park, 3 days 2 night is good for use. Easy unlimited access anytime from hotel to the park.

DO NOT book this hotel unless you are planning to drive or take a taxi every time you enter the hotel. Getting to the hotel while walking is very difficult: It's about a 25-30 minute hike from the subway station (map apps will lead you through street that are not accessible) and requires a 15 minute walk that includes hiking up a steep incline through a parking garage and then a *very* long walk across blazingly hot parking lots (no shade) while dodging cars (no sidewalks). See pictures. The room itself was great, though! No cigarette smoke smell, new, and clean. I really wanted to like this hotel, but it's just too hard to access, lol.

room is good with 3 twin beds, additional benefit is free laundry everyday so no stress for dirty clothes. Ladies staff Ms Zhao is friendly and helpful. Man staff attitude can improve. Since the hotel entrance is a few minutes walk from where the shuttle bus drop off point, not convenient when raining. Free shuttle provided, recommended to stay.

An amazing place with everything just like the pictures. The room layout, amenities and location are absolutely on point. Easy to move around the Minghan district and close to the airport. Ideal for those looking to stay away from the city noise and enjoy a relaxing stay. Eating options are there and easily to access with ride hailing apps. Will definitely come back for another stay. Keep in mind that this is close to the airport but not the city centre. You might want to ride for about 30 min to get into the main SH attractions
