Atour Hotels in Shaoxing

The hotel is conveniently located near City Plaza Station on Shaoxing Metro Line 1, and just a minute's walk from the Supply and Marketing Building bus stop. We received a free room upgrade to a room with two very comfortable 1.5-meter beds. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room on the first floor, which was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. While Joy City is nearby, it was quite deserted. However, you can take a few bus stops to Intime Department Store, which was bustling. Overall, I made an excellent choice with this hotel. This was my second visit to Shaoxing, and it was super easy to get to Fushan Park, Cangqiao Old Street, Lu Xun's Former Residence, and the Former Residence of Wang Xizhi.

The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable. I especially loved that the bath towels were individually packaged – a great touch! The service was just right, and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet bowl of congee late at night. Breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The laundry room was also clean and well-organized.

Room was excellent with good quality amenities. Service staffs were friendly, helpful and flexible. Nothing much else to ask for in a hotel with such pricing. A comfortable stay through out.

The hotel is very close to Bazhiqiao Bridge and located in a quiet residential area with its own parking lot. The staff were very welcoming, proactively upgrading my room and greeting me politely. When the next room was noisy at night, the staff promptly changed my room, ensuring I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were books available for borrowing. Because my return train was late, they also arranged for me to check out late. Overall, the staff's service awareness was very strong, and the guest experience was quite good; the staff's service enhanced the hotel's overall appeal. A hotel with good value for money, I recommend staying here.

The room's cleanliness met expectations, and breakfast was satisfactory. The soundproofing of the windows was good, allowing for a quiet sleep despite facing the road. However, the front desk service could be improved to enhance the customer experience. For instance, while we were waiting for our car at the front desk, they could have thoughtfully offered us water. Also, when we arrived at 9 PM and mentioned we hadn't had dinner yet, they could have offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. These little touches would make a big difference.

The breakfast at Atour Hotel Mirror Lake offers a wide variety of dishes and the food tastes great. The room has excellent natural light, and the soft furnishings are simple yet elegant. Housekeeping responded promptly to requests, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite. Overall, my stay far exceeded my expectations.
