A lot of surprises, the service attitude is super good, I don't understand why the score is only 4.2 points. As soon as I got off the taxi, a staff member came to ask if it was a guest. The answer was yes, a few staff members came to help carry the luggage. The equipment in the room is not clear how to use it, and a staff member came to deal with it immediately. The cleaning of the room is super clean, it is not an exaggeration to describe it as spotless. The feeling of living in an apartment is different from a hotel. There is a washing machine, you can do laundry, there is an induction cooker, you can cook your own food, and there is a refrigerator, everything is there, the room is large and fully equipped, it is really at home. Shopping is convenient. The pictures on the Internet are not as good as the actual rooms. It is recommended that you do your homework on the pictures. In short, if I live in Meimei, I will choose their apartment next time I go uphill. By the way, praise our Ctrip customer service MM, and repeatedly helped me to coordinate and communicate with the hotel for the request I provided, and the service attitude is also very good.

I booked a 4 nights stay for my dad who came to visit our family for Thanksgiving. Location is great and convenient, right in the heart of Orchard yet not too crowded with people, also connected to Paragon and other shopping malls are within walking distance. It’s wonderful, especially during this season with the Christmas lights installed along the streets. Amenities provided are alright, just the basic necessities. Cleanliness is great, including the gym and pool. However, we’re very disappointed with the service of the staff. Firstly, the chair in the room had shaky legs and I requested for a change of chair over the room telephone, but the staff could not understand English well and did not know what we’re requesting for. I went down to the reception counter and spoke to the other staff stationed there and they simply nodded their heads. Nothing was done to replace the damaged chair. My elderly dad could have fell sitting on the damaged chair potentially. Next, when I went to pick up my dad upon checking out, I temporarily parked my car at an unblocked corner outside the hotel lobby, but was shouted rudely but the security staff and being chased away. Overall, I would not recommend the stay at Ascott Orchard unless having great service is not of importance to you.

A very pleasant stay! I have always had a good impression of the hotels under the Far East Group. This time I stayed at the Adina Apartment. As expected, it was still very pleasant. Excellent location, convenient transportation, comprehensive room facilities, and thoughtful and warm service... are all plus points for this trip. At the same time, I would also like to praise Ctrip for its efficient, responsible and humane professionalism in handling user problems. Hilton Hotel Singapore Orchard is conveniently located at Mandarin Gallery. It is directly opposite 313 Somerset, Nojima, and Cineleisure. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The toilet is clean with good shampoo and body wash. However, the shower head holder has issue and unable to hold the shower head properly. Overall, I think it’s a decent hotel and I will give it a 4.0/5.0.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

I would like to give a shout out to the banquet staffs manning the B1 meeting and function rooms - Anand, Baharom and Rashid. Notwithstanding are the other staffs who help with the cleaning and miscellaneous matters. I regularly conducts workshops there. On the mornings that I arrive at the hotel, without fail, I will be greeted by their warm greetings - as in I can feel the genuine warmth in our interactions. One can't help but feel not just welcomed, but as if one belongs. Whenever I need assistance - be it for extra materials or the projector is not working well enough or my participants have a special request; anything - these staffs NEVER SAY NO. They will try their best to accommodate and will always come up with an alternative if the need be. I was never disappointed. Above all, they NEVER make you feel like you are asking for too much, or that you are inconveniencing them. There will always be smiles and the ”I will see to it that this will be sorted” vibe. The sincerity and consistency are omnipresent. Your hotel is a 4-star property, yet other 5-star hotels need to take a cue from these staffs. I have been to many other hotels, and none can compare to the hospitality I get from your staffs. I also know this does not happen just because I've become a regular face there, as I remember back in 2015, I when I first received the same kind of hospitality from them. Thank you!

Check in process was smooth & less than 15 minutes. Deposit was $50. The staff was not so good in English, it’s a little bit hard to understand what he said. The location was strategic because it’s 200m walking from Dhoby Ghaut station which is the centre of all train intersections. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel lobby too. 7Eleven also near the hotel. The hotel building was quite old. Hotel room was big! And very comfortable. We stayed there for 2 days and everything went well.

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel. Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too. If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.

We enjoyed our 30 day stay in Orchard Point SA. It was a truly memorable trip for us. The staff were friendly and we really felt at home. Our baby also loved their Kiddie room. The location of the serviced apar**ent is also superb. While there were ongoing renovations, fortunately it didn’t bother us so much even when my husband was working in the room most of the time. Oh and the room is quite spacious!
