2-Star Hotels in Jiayuguan

The hotel facilities are quite new, spotlessly clean, and it's also pretty quiet. Transportation is convenient, with bus route 4 taking you directly to Jiayuguan Pass. Breakfast is decent. However, there aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity.

Great location on the main street, an easy walk to Fuqiang market with delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Could do washing for free with a machine on each floor and a rack to hang upstairs. They sold detergent at the front desk, alongside snacks and drinks.

On the positive the staff was nice and location is ok. However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are saying… Or doing… Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower Overall ok-ish experience

It was my first time to Jiayuguan. My main itinerary was to visit Fantawild. Accommodation was the most important thing. I looked at many homestays online before coming and was attracted by the environment of this small courtyard. The small courtyard is very close to Fantawild, and the shuttle bus to the park is right at the door of the homestay. After moving into the small courtyard, the boss and his family were very kind and took the initiative to introduce the surrounding environment. It was like living in a relative's yard. I originally booked one day, and then extended my stay for two days. It was relatively comfortable, quiet and convenient overall. I will choose to stay here next time.

The hotel is upscale, close to the scenic area, and offers great value for money. It's clean and tidy, with warm and attentive service, a pleasant environment, and free parking. The staff are very welcoming and clean promptly. The receptionist was also very friendly and even called a taxi for us. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Highly recommended!

I chose this guesthouse, and the room was clean with air conditioning. There was no TV, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas, but they provided disposable towels, and the shower water was very hot. The guesthouse is surrounded by restaurants, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the entrance of the Jiayuguan Fort scenic area, which was super convenient. We went to see the night show there, and in the morning, we visited the Jiayuguan Museum, which was excellent. The young staff members at the guesthouse were very enthusiastic and answered all our questions. They gave us bottled water, and when we checked out, they even gave us a camel toy keychain as a gift.

Some issues with water (little hot water in the shower, cold water in the sink not working in the evening, but ok in the morning). Initial smell from the shower, but overall clean room. No English spoken, personnel at reception not too willing to help, unpleasant man lingering around (the boss?). Very comfortable bed (on the hard side). Very good value for money at 180 yuan.

The house is okay, there is nothing to choose from. From the boss to the waiters, they are all very enthusiastic. It is opposite the East Lake. If you have plenty of time, you can go around. The only bad thing is the sensor light. It comes on inexplicably in the middle of the night. The boss can improve it and it will be perfect.

There are four bus lines at the door that go directly to Jiayuguan Pass Scenic Area. It is also very convenient to transfer to South Station High-speed Railway Station. 🧑🤝🧑The reception staff has a professional and rigorous work attitude. The hospitality is warm and friendly. ✨I am a French citizen and the hotel will help me register with the immigration department. Chinese citizens travelling with you only need to show their ID cards to check in quickly. 🚽The room is fully equipped with basic facilities: air conditioning, shower, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, disposable and reusable slippers, etc. All in all, worth recommending and collecting! 👍🏿🤠

The hotel has parking spaces. If it is full, we will help coordinate parking in the parking area next door. The room is air-conditioned and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The children said the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting. Breakfast says milk, yogurt, bread, eggs. You can set your own time at the front desk, which ends at 10 o'clock. If you arrive late, there may be no milk and yogurt. Overall it's pretty good.
