KKhor Wei WengIt’s just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed railway station, which is very convenient, though there aren’t many food options or shops nearby. Cleanliness deserves full marks as the apartment is newly renovated and feels fresh and well maintained. Staff were responsive, polite, and quick to help when needed. There was some loud renovation noise from other apartments during the day, and some facilities were not fixed properly at first, but it was rectified quickly. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service and an unbeatable location near the station.

GGuest UserThis time I lived at the City Convenience Hotel (Maominghuazhou Railway Station)! The location is very good, close to Huazhou Station, walk for a while, travel is super convenient. The room was spacious and bright, cleaned and everything was complete. The bed was very comfortable to sleep and had a good rest at night. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and any needs can be solved quickly. The price is also affordable and the price is super high. Later, Huazhou, I will definitely stay here!

I could even borrow the hotel's minibus for shopping. The service was attentive, and even gave me complimentary breakfast because I had children with me. The front desk was very welcoming and offered a small tea room for me to discuss business. Cleaning was also prompt.
