First of all, the check-in experience was very good, very patient and comprehensive, and then a set of cups was given as a gift. Although it was the May Day holiday, the overall service staff was quite a lot and not panicky. The hotel is very new and smart, and the children like it very much. The room is also very clean and spacious, and there are tatami for drinking tea. Enjoy the self-service happy afternoon tea: It is very good, and the children like it very much. A bowl of noodles at night: You can also go to eat noodles if you are free at night, which is a complete plus. The gym: It is super good, the equipment is very good and new, and the yoga mats and other things are kept. It can be seen that they are very attentive. I am quite satisfied. I run for an hour every morning before going to have breakfast. The breakfast is also very good. I especially like the lao fen. The only thing I think is a flaw is that the building opposite is piling. It is useless to complain to the relevant departments during the May Day holiday. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel itself.

GGuest UserThe city of Huazhou exceeded our expectations. It’s amazing. I was originally driving north from Hainan and was going to Zhanjiang after passing Xuwen Port, but after going there a few times I felt it was just average, so I changed my route to Huazhou and stopped there. I didn’t expect this small city to be so cozy, with so many delicious foods and cheap prices. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are intelligent. The front desk clerk was very nice. The upgrade to a river view room was awesome. The environment is nice for a walk along the river after dinner, without the hustle and bustle of a big city. I really recommend stopping here. Much better than staying in Zhanjiang.

The hotel is located in the Lotus Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by green waters and clear mountains, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a green green open with purple and red flowers, which makes people feel refreshed.
The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the public areas are decorated with artistic atmosphere, and the fresh flowers are emitted in the space with a faint fragrance. The room I stayed in faced with the lake view, standing on the balcony to enjoy the lake and mountains, it was very pleasant.

The shower gel and shampoo are fragrant. The service at the front desk is very good. There is a small room while waiting for friends. GGuest UserIt is a nice hotel in a beautiful but remote location that suits self driving. Hailing a ride is a challenge
Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing
Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience
Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall
Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill.
Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them

Xxud****I stayed two nights. The hotel's location is excellent, in the heart of the old town, with convenient dining options nearby, a wet market next door, and a KFC a few hundred meters away. The rooms were recently renovated, spacious, and looked clean and tidy. Disposable cups were provided. However, the bathroom was small, lacked a shower stall, and there was no place to hang clothes. Disposable slippers were also not provided. I also found two small cockroaches on the table. While cockroaches are difficult to completely eliminate, finding them is always unpleasant, and the hotel should take steps to eradicate them. Also, on my first night, several police officers came to check the room. It's unbelievable that such arbitrary room checks are still happening in Maoming; what era are we living in? Aside from that, it was a good hotel, and the price was reasonable.
