"This hotel is absolutely worth staying at. The bellhop, Xiao Huang, had a wonderful smile and proactively helped us with all our luggage. There's a subtle, pleasant scent at the front desk. Manager Xiao Hong even sent a scent diffuser to our room. The room they assigned us was in a perfect location, showing great thoughtfulness, and even overlooked the pool. It was a shame the weather was too cold to swim, but I'll definitely try it next time I visit!"

"Advantages: The room is soundproofed; the little brother in the lobby takes the initiative to help send luggage.
Disadvantages: 1. Laundry facilities, insufficient service. There are 3 washing machines, 2 dryers, and 1 washing and drying machine, all of which are Xiaomi brands. 1 dryer and washing and drying machine often make mistakes. There is a long queue to wash clothes at 90 o'clock in the evening, because it is a self-service laundry room, it must be the guests themselves line up and even grab the washing machine. The guests complained to the patrol staff that the laundry basket was not enough and there was no laundry bag, but they were dragged back by the staff. 2. Smart facilities are too **. GGuest UserThe city of Huazhou exceeded our expectations. It’s amazing. I was originally driving north from Hainan and was going to Zhanjiang after passing Xuwen Port, but after going there a few times I felt it was just average, so I changed my route to Huazhou and stopped there. I didn’t expect this small city to be so cozy, with so many delicious foods and cheap prices. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are intelligent. The front desk clerk was very nice. The upgrade to a river view room was awesome. The environment is nice for a walk along the river after dinner, without the hustle and bustle of a big city. I really recommend stopping here. Much better than staying in Zhanjiang.

Every time I stayed at Ji Hotel, I always impressed by its room design, room layout, cleanliness, service and location.
I do have one suggestion for improvement, I thought if the room has a small green plant for decoration, it will give more artistic & beauty for the room.
I read the book by the founder 季琦、the rationale of not having a plant is to avoid the maintenance.
The hotel can consider a simple & strong plant like 绿萝….、 this indoor plant just needs water in a small vase and no need a lot sunlight and will survive. It is low cost & low maintenance. Just a suggestion.

The front desk lady was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was efficient. She even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. We went to China's No. 1 Beach, and it lived up to its reputation! The sand was so fine and soft, it was incredibly comfortable to walk on barefoot. There were also umbrellas and beach chairs available for rental. The scenery was beautiful, and we had a blast. I'll definitely be back next time I visit.

Booked a smoking room without realizing,but they were kind enough to let us switch to a non-smoking room on our second night. Smoke scent still too strong in the hallway.
Service is nice. Patient enough to communicate with us through google translate.
