"It was a very good experience staying with pets. The receptionist was polite and attentive, quickly processing the check-in and thoughtfully providing a pet-friendly guide, informing guests that the hotel could provide pet supplies upon request.
There was a minor incident: a woman rushed to the front desk to ask for her friend's room number. The receptionist politely but firmly refused her entry to the front desk area, as it involved other guests' privacy. He only provided the information after repeatedly confirming her identity. This demonstrated the professionalism of the staff at an international brand hotel – commendable!
The hotel room was clean and tidy, with a small bar perfect for simple everyday cooking. The bar was particularly appealing: the waterfall-style water jet from the sink ensured sufficient water flow without splashing other areas. There was a hidden compartment above the sink for kitchen paper towels, and the cabinet below opened to reveal a trash can – a very user-friendly layout with no unnecessary space or design elements. The minimalist style wasn't about reducing needs, but rather optimizing space while retaining essential amenities.
The breakfast restaurant is spacious and bright, unlike the cramped and oppressive atmosphere of typical business hotel breakfast restaurants. The breakfast selection is diverse, with the Maoming-style rice noodles being particularly noteworthy.
Finally, I must mention the laundry room. A row of commercial washing machines is neatly arranged and aesthetically pleasing. After throwing our clothes in for a wash and dry before going out for dinner, we left a note, and a friendly staff member kindly retrieved the dried clothes, folded them neatly, put them back in the bag, and delivered them to our room. They even noticed a pair of socks we hadn't put in the washing machine and thoughtfully provided a packet of laundry detergent. So sweet!
Later, I learned from the front desk that although Hui Ting has only been in China for a short time and doesn't do much advertising, this stay has truly won me over. I hope to see more of your hotels when traveling with pets in the future."

"Seriously, just book this hotel without hesitation! First, I have to praise the service. When I checked in, the front desk staff proactively told me there's a laundry room and gym on the 13th floor, and even a late-night congee service! So thoughtful, they really nailed the details. The room itself is super spacious, and the color scheme is really pleasing – not harsh or gaudy, making it incredibly comfortable to stay in.
Parking is also a breeze. There's an underground garage with plenty of spots, so you don't have to hunt for one. Plus, there's even a self-service car wash, which is incredibly convenient. To my surprise, there's even a mahjong room and billiards downstairs – perfect for passing the time, they really understand what young people want!
The internet is fantastic too, no lagging at all whether you're streaming videos or working. And the breakfast is delicious, with a decent variety and good quality. It's right next to the Dianhai Night Market and close to the Olympic Sports Center. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay, amazing value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

The bathroom drainage was poor, causing water to pool around the toilet area. Breakfast was terrible: the dishes were carelessly prepared, variety was scarce, and even the hard-boiled eggs weren't fresh. Many guests were also using their bare hands to pick up food, which was unhygienic. Furthermore, the swimming pool's safety barriers were poorly designed."

"Overall, it was okay. The hot springs seem authentic. However, I have a few points for future guests to consider: 1. There were some hygiene oversights. One pillow was noticeably dirty, either not changed or not properly cleaned, and one bathrobe was stained. 2. At 1 AM, someone was barbecuing on a downstairs balcony. The smoke and smell were so strong they woke me up. If guests are allowed to barbecue inside the hotel, the fire risk is a serious concern. 3. The hotel's promotional activities are a bit of a joke. A 100 RMB voucher for the Chinese restaurant requires a minimum spend of over 200 RMB to use. The discounted dishes are only worth their discounted price anyway. I'm not sure if this promotion is meant to trick guests or just for the hotel's own amusement."

The service was super warm and the communication was particularly smooth. Any needs could be responded to at the first time, which made people feel very intimate. Cleanliness deserves full marks as the apartment is newly renovated and feels fresh and well maintained. Staff were responsive, polite, and quick to help when needed. There was some loud renovation noise from other apartments during the day, and some facilities were not fixed properly at first, but it was rectified quickly. Every time I stayed at Ji Hotel, I always impressed by its room design, room layout, cleanliness, service and location.
I do have one suggestion for improvement, I thought if the room has a small green plant for decoration, it will give more artistic & beauty for the room.
I read the book by the founder 季琦、the rationale of not having a plant is to avoid the maintenance.
The hotel can consider a simple & strong plant like 绿萝….、 this indoor plant just needs water in a small vase and no need a lot sunlight and will survive. It is low cost & low maintenance. Just a suggestion.

GGuest UserExcellent! Because the typhoon cannot cross the Qiongzhou Strait, I stayed in Maoming for two nights. I have not stayed in such a comfortable and cost-effective hotel for a long time. The room is minimalist, but the design is very fashionable, very clean, spacious and bright, and all the details are very humane. It’s modern, and everything is good, and there’s nothing bad about it. The plugs all have typec fast charging, the toilet can be heated and flushed automatically, and the internet speed is very good. I can’t praise it enough, haha. The service is the icing on the cake. The staff are friendly and responsive. Extra quilts and mineral water are free. Before leaving, they reminded us to be careful not to go to places with deep water due to heavy rain. It was really considerate. There is a gym on the third floor. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. It provides free water, towels, storage boxes, air conditioning, and TV for screencasting. Parking spaces are a bit tight. There will be space on the ground after a while. If there is no space, you can go to the underground garage, but it is not connected to the hotel and you need to walk a short distance. SShibu KalayilOne best beach resorts that I have been to here in China in the last couple of years. It is a paradise for people who love to take pictures. It is a private beach resort and hence the beach is not crowded and splendid clean. I stayed in a sea view room. The views were amazing. The breakfast was very good with very nice staff.
