GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone! Our host, Minsu, was very welcoming and personally picked us up at the Ginkgo intersection. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was decorated in a simple and sophisticated style, very clean, and comfortable. Their large, high-definition TV was perfect for watching a movie in bed after a bath. The location is also great; Ginkgo King is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

GGYyouranyouWe booked a triple room for two people to stay on the second floor. It had one double bed and one single bed. The room was spacious and bright, with a separate shower and toilet. The smart toilet was very convenient. Newly opened hotels and guesthouses are always good. I've already written a lot about the room in my previous review, please refer to it. There are restaurants downstairs, so we could easily have all three meals a day, which was very convenient. We ate copper pot beef hot pot every day without getting tired of it, and the vegetarian dishes were plentiful, so we could choose to eat something different each day. The handsome young man in the catering department, Xiao Fan, was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. The husband and wife owners were very hospitable and generous in their business. AAnonymous UserThis was definitely the most comfortable hostel I've stayed at in Tengchong so far. The hostel environment was great, and seeing the clouds and red houses in the distance every day put me in a good mood. The room had a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner even treated us to homemade steamed buns and peaches from their own yard, which we appreciated. The only downside was having a really strange roommate. She thought it was cold in Tengchong and insisted on leaving the bathroom heater and exhaust fan on, sleeping with the door open. Most importantly, she didn't turn off the lights or even close the curtains at night. As someone with sensitive sleep and a light sleeper, I can understand my frustration. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night. When it got too hot to sleep, I turned on the air conditioning. I don't understand why she thought it was cold and just covered herself with a blanket. In this weather, how could I feel cold with the soft, comfortable blankets in the hostel? This unpleasant experience reminded me of my dorm experiences when I was in school, but thankfully it was just a problem during my trip. The hostel was great, and I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come to Tengchong.

The boss said that pick-up and drop-off are only available after staying for three nights. I also read the reviews of some guests of the inn and found that it was okay. So we booked an additional standard room for two nights, but the boss didn't let us change rooms for the next two nights. He upgraded us. After all, there was a price difference between the two room types, but there was a little incident when we checked out. , which added a bit of unhappiness to this trip to the ancient town. When I informed the boss about the time of departure, the boss said that it was not convenient to receive other guests at that time, so he asked us to take a taxi and leave. After all, we were given a free upgrade for two nights. I didn’t say anything about the room. I just said that the boss said it would be delivered to the station on the phone. At this time, the boss and the wife changed their words and said that it would only be delivered after five days of stay. The luggage was put in another place right next to here and I was told to pick it up. Since I was not familiar with the route and was afraid of delaying the time to catch the bus, I asked the hotel to help guide me to pick it up.
