"This newly opened hotel boasts excellent surroundings and top-notch facilities. My parents particularly loved the architectural style, which is why we chose to stay for several days. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel was fully booked, and rooms were scarce. However, front desk staff member Leo and Assistant General Manager Mr. Luo went above and beyond, even at 10 PM, to help us communicate with the booking platform and resolve our issues. They truly made us feel at home. Although we couldn't book a table for the New Year's Eve dinner, the restaurant staff patiently helped us coordinate, and the two meals we had there were delicious. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a good selection of classic options. I don't usually opt for Wyndham brand hotels, but this one is truly impressive and satisfying. Highly recommended!"
