"The stay experience was very good. I plan to come to Tengchong to step on the point and come to stay and live. I chose this one with a super cost-effective price. The newly opened boss is very kind. There are few people living in the off-season. I also upgraded the room for us. Thank you very much! In particular, I should praise that the room facilities are all brands, and the toiletries are all found by the boss. Tengchong local safflower oil tea. I use it really well and my hair is very smooth. Breakfast is made by the local aunt, the special taste is not bad, living here is quiet and comfortable, spent a relaxing time. Will come again later on the holiday."

Pros: Located halfway up a mountain, offering panoramic views of Tengchong; parking available; convenient location; food delivery services are readily available. The owner was incredibly kind, upgrading our room and thoughtfully providing flowers, fruit, and a cake for Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), making our wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, including Tengchong's must-try Ersi (rice noodles). The hotel's facilities and design were excellent. I especially enjoyed lying on the balcony, gazing at the city and the clouds – so relaxing. Especially with the recent rains making many attractions inconvenient, I couldn't think of a better choice than relaxing in the hotel, soaking in the hot springs, and enjoying the scenery. Even better, I didn't have to squeeze into the hot springs with other guests.
Cons: There's no elevator, so climbing is a bit tiring, but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage upstairs. Also, the room has recessed steps, so some careless people need to be careful.
Thank you to the owners for their hospitality, which made our trip to Tengchong even more wonderful. It was a perfect experience, and I would love to come back in winter if I have the time; it would be even more perfect then.

XXiaoshetongxueyaFacilities: It's a newly opened place, located right in the ancient town! It has an antique charm, and the environment is lovely. They even upgraded us to a room on the second floor, heehee!
Hygiene: Excellent! Very clean, which is important to us as we really value a clean environment.
Ambiance: The design is fantastic, I love it! It has a very Yunnan-esque feel, heehee, predominantly wood. And it's quiet!
Service: I think it was genuinely great! Little brother Cun (Xiaocun) was so enthusiastic! He even helped us with our luggage when it was raining, and was very accommodating. He also recommended many places for us to visit!
Highly recommended! It's a place I'd definitely come back to! My top choice in Heshun Ancient Town! The value for money is also excellent.

AAnonymous UserBook a homestay online for the first time in Trip.com . Seeing that he can pick up and drop off the plane for free. Just want to try. Unexpectedly, it was surprisingly good. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were modern. There is a large hot spring pool in the room. Fruits, coffee, casual drinking in the small restaurant, breakfast is also very rich. Apples, crisp peaches, we couldn't bite, the waiter helped us bring out the grapes. Our old couple are in their 70s. It is not convenient to go up and down the stairs. They all helped us to the room. When we arrived at this small shop, it was as warm as home. The warm and thoughtful service of the store owner and waiter made us very touched.

EeCupNoodleWe had just spent 3 nights at this B&B and loved our stay there very much. The manager on duty, Mr Wang, picked us up from the airport. Helped us settle in. We then wandered around the ancient town, which was a very nice place to explore as well. He assisted us with booking an onsen session at another resort in the area (20-minute walk). Also helped us with booking rental car, making travel plans, booking ride to Baoshan Railway Station. He and his crew were friendly, genuinely kind, attentive, always offering to assist. Room was super comfortable. Design was simple but very nice. He designed the decor himself. Given the chance, I would love to come back and stay again (longer, hopefully).

As soon as I entered the yard, I was cured: the bougainvillea crawled all over the branches, the white tables and chairs on the lawn were like scenes in a fairy tale, and the sun was scattered through the leaves on the ground. The terrace of the room is so big, the room can also be soaked in hot springs, and the view is good. The wooden floor is matched with a rattan lounge chair. In front of you is the endless fields and the mountains in the distance. When the weather is good, the blue sky is as clean as washed. Soak a cup of hot tea and sit here, watching the clouds and clouds, all the fatigue has disappeared.

XXjtudouThis trip was with my sister and niece! The guesthouse was conveniently located near the scenic area entrance, making it easy to get in and out! Because it was at the end of a small alley, the environment was quiet, conducive to rest! The host personally picked up and dropped off our luggage at the scenic area entrance! Breakfast was healthy and delicious every day! We ordered the rice noodles in soup every day! They were very responsive to guests' requests! I was a little apprehensive after seeing a review that gave the hotel low ratings for its facilities. But after staying there, I must clear up my doubts – it was a complete ”misunderstanding”! The experience was absolutely fantastic!
Our room was fully equipped with everything you could need: a dry sauna, a private hot tub, a dehumidifier, and underfloor heating. Everything was brand new and high-end. Let me focus on the ”misunderstood” dry sauna: Upon check-in, the butler mentioned that some guests had complained about the sauna being too cold and asked me to try it and provide feedback. Could that be true? They patiently demonstrated how to use it. The key is that after heating it for a few minutes, you need to gently pour water onto the volcanic rocks on the stove using a wooden ladle – with a ”hiss,” a wave of heat instantly rises, raising the room temperature to 70-80 degrees Celsius within minutes, making you sweat incredibly well and comfortably. I suspect the previous guests might have missed this crucial step.
The room's details were very thoughtfully designed. For example, the dehumidifier quickly dried the air after steaming, and the private hot tub was always ready for use with a stable temperature. The public areas were also stylishly designed; both the reading room and tea room offered instant relaxation.
This stay made me realize that a good hotel not only needs top-notch facilities but also patient and attentive service. Thanks to the butler's thoughtful introductions, we didn't miss a single wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality; you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserI originally booked a different courtyard, but the owner upgraded me to a Lotus Pond King Room. The view was great; it would definitely be even more beautiful during lotus blooming season. There's a stylish coffee shop downstairs. Transportation is relatively convenient compared to other guesthouses in the ancient town, located on the west side, accessible by car, though a bit far from the center. The wooden structure of the house isn't very soundproof; there's a small road downstairs where cars pass by, making it a little noisy. The service was excellent; they even picked me up from the visitor center. Coming back in the evening, I enjoyed warming myself by the fireplace downstairs with some black tea – very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!
