Clean, private and adequate stay. Facilities provided were good. Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on. Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water. Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.

Loved everything at Eco Tree. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection, as it was a bit unstable and tended to disconnect frequently. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and welcoming service. The room was clean and neat. Loved every moment of our stay 🤍

If you are looking for a fun and welcoming place to stay while in Labuan Bajo, then book your stay here! My husband and I had a week here. We loved the staff - they helped us book our scuba diving trip and Komodo island visit. They were also wonderful to chat with, recommend things to do, and make us comfortable on our stay. The place was incredibly clean. I generally prefer to have a private bath when traveling, but because they are constantly cleaning, I was very comfortable in any of the facilities. They also prepare delicious food and drinks. If they have a fish bbq while you are there, definitely try it! We had it twice while we were there, and both times were great. Drinks are reasonably priced, so you can enjoy an evening there. My favorite part was how eco-friendly the staff and facilities are. They have fresh water in two locations so you can refill your bottles at any time. They also have cups you can use while you are there for water, coffee, or tea(all are provided). If you would like a snack, you can use the kitchen to prepare food, or use some of their pancake mix. There isn’t hot water, which was a bit hard to get used to, but it’s so hot on the island, it doesn’t really matter. If we return to Labuan Bajo, we will definitely be staying here!

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

The service is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very large, and some rooms have small bugs. I stayed in two rooms 8/9. No. 8 is smaller than No. 9, but there are no bugs. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep when facing the street. The noise of the car at night is quite noisy. I can sleep all night after getting used to it for 3 nights. The breakfast is on the rooftop, there are only 4 varieties, and it's a standard that can be eaten. It is very close to the pier and walked for about 3 minutes. There are many places to eat on the side. The prices are okay, similar to Beijing.

The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful! The morning and evening are the most healing time. The room will be very hot during the day! The air conditioning is not good, but the service staff are very friendly and will solve any problems in time. Disadvantages: (1) The car to the hotel can only be parked on the main road. You need to drag your suitcases along a muddy road of about 80 meters and about 150 steps. You need to be self-reliant the whole way. There are only two female service staffs with limited strength. We almost collapsed on the way to check in. 2 If you are afraid of animals, please choose carefully when sleeping at night! ! The toilet in the room we arranged is open-air. At night, we saw rats, centipedes, geckos and all kinds of insects. There will be mosquitoes and geckos when you sleep at night! Please bring ointments and mosquito repellents!

Bathroom offers a small shower basically above the toilet seat, no toilet paper / toilet paper bin. No hot water Very good working aircon 1 bed sheet on top of mattress, no sheets to sleep under even when asked Get what you pay for (200k room) cheapest privacy you’ll find in Labuan Bajo Double bed and non-working tv for those that care for one Beautiful view over the town, just up the road from Seaesta hostel (nicest & most social hostel in town) They offer food (order at reception) which is very cheap

It's close to the airport and the helpful staff are probably the only two advantages. There is no toilet paper in the toilet. The toilet cannot be flushed and can only be used manually... There is no hot water... The facilities are old. I arrived at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night and caught the flight at 7:30 in the morning. I was really lucky that I only stayed for 5 hours.

Great homestay. It is a bit far away from the center but still only a 12 minute drive. Because we could not find any grab taxi's we asked the owner of the homestay of he could drive us and pick us up. This was no problem. The room itself was a bit basic but it was clean and you have a Private room/bathroom (no hot water) for yourself. The room also has airco which is nice. Wifi is also present. In the morning we also got breakfast. Very nice people to stay at home with.
