"Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position."

"The hotel's facilities and environment are excellent, with three pools to enjoy, and the sea view from the room is fantastic. However, the service completely lags behind; check-in efficiency is incredibly low. For several hours during my stay, I observed almost all guests being made to stand around, waiting. I'm not sure why it would take the front desk up to ten minutes to process a single check-out or check-in."

"Perfect place to stay in Bajo. Not far from the city just 25 mins by walk. It is one of hotel that offer you a beautiful view. Moreover their service is excellent. Although it's not 5 star hotel but their service is more than that. Every staff is very helpful and they always try their best to help you enjoying Bajo."

"Very nice hotel on the outside of the city center. As a positive, you dont get woken up by the Mosque. As a negative, you need to walk 15 minutes for nice restaurants. The swimming pool is very nice but you cannot swim at the ”beach” in front as it is actually a port and is dirty."

"I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club. I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask."

"The service was very welcoming, especially the front desk lady with glasses whose name started with CL – she was very responsible and patient. It's very close to the airport, with a free shuttle service taking only 3 minutes. If you want to go to town, the hotel will help you call a taxi, and it's 10k for a one-way trip to the driver. However, emails and WhatsApp messages sent to the hotel almost never get a reply. I recommend calling instead. For a Crowne Plaza, it's actually a bit on the small side."

"I recently stayed at Seaesta Komodo Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there are a few things to note. On the positive side, the location is quite convenient and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were also polite and helpful. However, I did encounter a few minor issues. The shower pressure is low and not enough hot. No slippers and laundry bags are provided. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but some upgrading would greatly improve the guest experience!"

The hotel has a beautiful Santorini-inspired design, with white buildings built along the hillside and stunning views overlooking the harbour. The highlight for me was definitely the sunset view from the pool area. It is one of those places where you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery after a day exploring Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, while the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast also had a good variety of choices. The location is convenient for exploring Labuan Bajo, although the hotel is situated slightly uphill, so getting around is easier by scooter or car. Overall, Loccal Collection is a great choice if you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing and Instagram-worthy hotel with spectacular views. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for a stay in Labuan Bajo!"

We were looked after by our room butler, Mr. Daniel, and his team throughout our stay. What truly touched me was when I experienced sudden abdominal pain; my butler proactively inquired and quickly brought medication, a level of care that went far beyond standard service. Upon check-in, welcome drinks, a special fruit platter, and complimentary mini-bar beverages were already prepared. At check-out, we even received handmade cookies as a travel snack – these thoughtful details highlight the hotel's meticulous care for its guests. **3.
