Amazing
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with outstanding service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a stunning sea view. The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment.
Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options.
There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.
GGuest UserThis resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.
Fabulous.
GGuest UserOf all the four days in Komodo, the most beautiful sunset I ever saw was at the Marriott.
We booked the hotel for the airport pick-up at the airbridge (we were lugging so much luggage, we really didn't want to bother with the airport pick-up arrangements).
The hotel service started from that moment on. Upon arriving at the lobby, several staff members greeted us. A dedicated staff member explained the hotel and taught us about local etiquette. The room was spacious and new. While the hotel offered a limited number of activities, all were free. The facilities were also professional and up-to-date. There was a shuttle bus to town, and you could also call a car from within the hotel to take you to various locations.
The only problem was that the best location in Labuan Bajo was occupied by the Ayana, making the Marriott a bit less attractive in terms of visual appeal and convenience.
Fff88I had the pleasure of staying at Harbour Komodo Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance. The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax.
Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. The hotel’s security measures gave me peace of mind, and the area surrounding the hotel felt secure and welcoming.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable in Labuan Bajo, well-located, and safe place to stay with outstanding service. I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much.
GGuest UserExcept for the mosquitoes, everything else is very good. I killed all the mosquitoes in the room by buying mosquito coils, so I think there is no disadvantage to this price
It's less than 90RMB per night, the bed is very wide, there is hot water for bathing, and you can even watch Chinese cartoons such as Battle Through the Heavens and Devouring the Stars on the TV in the room.
The hotel provides a paid buffet breakfast for about 15RMB, and you can order chicken rice for lunch for the same 15RMB, which is a great value for money.
I hope the next tenants will cherish the environment of this room and don't destroy it.
JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!
GGuest UserLocation is perfect to airport. Just 16 mins by walk. Road to hotel is not really nice and very muddy. Except for that good location. Receptionist are friendly. Room was clean. Thank you for the hospitality.
DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!
GGuest UserI have to praise this hotel.
I came to Komodo diving and I am very satisfied with the location of this hotel! Downstairs is Michelle Ice City. There will be many dive shops opposite the door. When you go out, turn left and walk 20 meters to have an ATM. There is a local travel agency that can report a day trip opposite the ATM. Another 50 meters is the pier. Another 20 meters there are KFC and Starbucks. Going a little further is the seafood street. Go out and turn right for 100 meters. There are many delicious restaurants and massage shops and supermarkets. The favorite ice cream shop is only about 50 meters away from the hotel industry. This location is simply great.
I went out for a half-day tour, a day tour, and fundive. I was gathered at the pier. I walked 150 meters and it took three minutes. It was very convenient to go back to the hotel after a day of running.
Before reading the comment area, some people said that it would be very noisy at night because there was a bar? I lived on the second floor and didn't hear anything at all. The waiter at this hotel was also very enthusiastic. I arrived at 11 o'clock and thought I had to wait until 2 pm to check in. As a result, he told me that I could check in directly 🥹🥹 Super lucky.
However, there is a disadvantage that the sheets in this hotel are not very clean. We brought a disposable bed four-piece set. Friends who book this hotel can refer to it.
I generally rarely give praise to the hotel, but the location of this hotel is really good hahaha, if you come to dive, you can choose this one! I will consider this store next time.
张张The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.
