Amazing
MM251459****I've stayed at many excellent hotels, including the Jumeirah in the Maldives, O&O in Mauritius, and Capella, but I rarely feel compelled to leave a positive review. This is probably the first one I've done so willingly. Although I only stayed one night—checking in at 8 PM and leaving at 6 AM the next morning—it left a deep impression. What touched me most was that after a tiring day of sightseeing, when we returned to the hotel to collect our luggage, they looked after us and, seeing how disheveled we were, offered to let us use the hotel facilities. This service is something I've never experienced at other luxury hotels. I was truly amazed!
VVladeyWonderful villas, new, impressive design of interior and exterior. Provided with all amenities. Very responsive staff. They helped us with all the tourists routes, bike rental and booking the boat trip around Komodo islands. Laundry is service is one of the best I've ever had. And the special thanks to their head manager.
Hope to see you next time ☺️
RRoberta ZitoThe hotel is slightly away from main centre . The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.
The rooms are lacking sockets near the bed so if you need to charge phones or else it’s a problem. However, after asking they supplied me with an extension (not pretty but worked )
The pool is lovely and has an amazing view at sunset . The pool has an area which is set up as a pool side bar but unfortunately not set up.
There was building work being done which I was warned when booking but didn’t expect them still making noise after 8pm.
Breakfast starts at 6 but not total inand items added slowly. I had to take first shuttle bus to airport at 7 and until 645 no eggs or non Indonesian dishes. Shuttle bus driver to airport was also late 10 minutes but luckily airport is close .
All said , again the staff were extremely courteous and very apologetic for delays etc. but it’s a shame as hotel has great potential and could do a lot better
AAstrodynamicRest at Benedict Guesthouse by Mori Hospitality and stayed very satisfied. In general, this is an excellent option for those looking for an inexpensive and comfortable place for a couple-three days.
The most pleasant impression was made by the staff very friendly and friendly. They are always ready to help, which creates a really warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The room was clean and Wi-Fi worked stable, which allowed you to use the Internet quietly. Every morning they brought a simple but saturated breakfast and a big plus opportunity to drink coffee at any time.
Of course, there are some features characteristic of the budget segment. For example, in the interior courtyard is not the most presentable look, and it may seem unrest to someone. And perhaps the only thing that brought inconvenience is the absence of a plumbing tank on the toilet has to wash with the help of the carpet.
Despite these small things, the overall impression from the hotel is very positive. Given the affordable price, this is a great place for those looking for a place to sleep without extra cost.
Mmantou75This room type is facing the sea, but it is really old, and there are many mosquitoes in the semi-open bathroom. Later, we negotiated to move to the newly built deluxe ocean view room (sylvia komodo resort) facing the sea on the other side, which was very good. I don’t know which room type it is on Ctrip. The hotel refers to the dulux ocean room type. This five-star score is for the new room, the old wooden one is for four stars, there are too many mosquitoes.
Sylvia’s restaurant has very good products, and the sunset on the beach is also very beautiful. The quality of the sea water is very good. You can kayak and snorkel. The family sees big lobsters, but you still have to pay attention to safety. There are no lifeguards watching the sea. The seafood in the Komodo fish market is also very fresh and delicious. Except for the expensive air ticket to Komodo and the expensive one-day tour, there are no shortcomings.
Generally, transportation in Indonesia is expensive. It is true that we need to take a one-way taxi to this hotel for more than 4 people for 50rmb, but I think it is ok to add the room rate. Each person is 25K IDR.
