This slightly outdated apartment has a large living room and two bedrooms, making it affordable for six people.
The microwave and refrigerator are old, but usable.
E-Mart 3 is a five-minute walk away, and there's a GS25 convenience store and a Korean restaurant called Cheonsaranu within the apartment complex, making it convenient.

I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us).
The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.

I was very satisfied with this accommodation.
The host was very kind and made our stay very comfortable.
The host came out to meet us so we wouldn't get lost.
The host took care of our luggage while we traveled to other parts of Mongolia.
I could contact the host via Whats app.
The toilet and shower room were separate. i love that.
The hot water came out very well.
The host even let me use the washing machine.
The common area was spacious and comfortable.
If I go to Mongolia again, I will stay at this hotel.

There's a KFC downstairs, on the main street between Ganden Monastery and the Genghis Khan National Museum, and it's also close to the National Department Store. Overall, Ulaanbaatar's core area feels quite small. This place seems to be a building run by Koreans; all the bars and hostels are called ”The Joy.” The one I stayed in was on the top floor, the seventh floor. You need to tell the front desk on the first floor. Strangely, there weren't many people there. The room was very clean, but the price was a bit high. It's suitable for girls and people who want a quiet place. Finally, note that check-out is at 11 am. The kitchen is in the middle hallway; the facilities are very basic—just a microwave, refrigerator, and water dispenser. It's okay for making a simple breakfast.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It is in the very center of Ulaanbaatar. Opposite there is a 24-hour minimarket CU, where you can buy everything you need. There is also a supermarket with a larger selection nearby, open from 9 to 21.
We stayed in a Standard room on the fifth floor. There was no hair dryer in the room, the light in the bathroom and in the backlight above the bed was blinking. The windows are very dirty, so it is better not to move the curtain away from them, it will be more comfortable))
Breakfast is brought to the room from 08:30 to 09:30, but if you do not walk to the reception and do not remind - they will not bring it :) and the room will not be cleaned either, if you do not remind. The staff does not speak English well, Google Translate from Mongolian helped out.
Breakfast consists of a sausage, a fried egg and two pieces of bread, and they also bring a tea bag. The room has a kettle, mugs and glasses. No refrigerator.
The bed is very comfortable, we slept well.
Overall: if you soberly assess the price-quality ratio, it is acceptable. Don't expect too much. For a short stay of one or two nights on a limited budget, it will do.
