Guest UserI stayed at the ibis because I was looking for an international hotel. The hotel was nice. The area the hotel is in is still significantly under development. So there didn’t appear to be a lot of options for going outside and eating. Therefore, I went to the hotel restaurant, which was quite nice. Food was good price was reasonable. The only drawback on this hotel at all is the location if you’re interested in being able to go outside and walk around and see things.

This hotel is conveniently located, just three stops from Genghis Khan Square. You can pay for transportation with local currency. Major attractions like the Blue Sky Tower, the museum, and the theater are all near the square, where you can also catch the airport shuttle. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and has a pleasant environment. The front desk staff were particularly warm, friendly, and patiently guided us on how to get around and find a nearby supermarket. We had a very enjoyable three-night stay.

Very good hotel! There is everything for a comfortable stay. Very good hotel location and service. We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

YunxingtianxiaThe hotel's location is super central; it's a 10-minute walk to landmarks like the Blue Sky Hotel, the National University of Mongolia, and the GOBI cashmere store. It's about 50 km from the airport, but it took us 2.5 hours to get there due to heavy traffic. When I asked why, I learned a few things: firstly, used cars are incredibly cheap to import into Mongolia, with no tariffs, and you'll see both left and right-hand drive vehicles, leading to a huge number of car purchases. Secondly, the city's road planning is inadequate; the roads are already narrow, parking is unregulated, and there are no subways or ring roads to ease congestion. Thirdly, while Mongolia has a population of 3.5 million and a land area of 1.56 million square kilometers, averaging only two people per square kilometer, the vastness of the country means households own 1.5-2 cars on average.
The breakfast was good; I especially liked the yogurt and cereal, and the dining environment was elegant and comfortable. The staff were all very professional. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. I did have two minor complaints: 1. I couldn't find an electrical outlet near the bed for charging. 2. The sink was a bit too low, requiring me to constantly bend over, which was a bit hard on my back.

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly.
There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization.
The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared.
Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve.
Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.

I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us).
The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.

For the location of this home (close to where I am going), all kinds of general, although not to the point of very bad, but also can not boast anything. At night, you can hear the sound of the KTV downstairs. The breakfast is very poor, not delicious, the cold meal is mainly, the service is very general, the smile service can not be done, and the restaurant on the second floor tastes not good.
