GGuest UserI've stayed at the White House three times now. The room is spacious and well heated, it has a bathtub, they provide bathrobes, there's a fantastic Korean restaurant on the first floor, and it's in the heart of the city.
The best hotel in UB, as far as I'm concerned.

KKyookoI was planning to check out the day before, but I liked it so much that I ended up staying for a few nights. The location is great. Also, this is a room in a regular apartment, so the surrounding area is full of regular homes. You can hear the sounds of your neighbors' daily lives, so it's not exactly quiet, but it was nice to get a feel for how Mongolians live up close.

GGuest UserWe had a very late (early in the morning) check in. smooth process. They brought breakfast boxes to the room around 9a. The breakfast was intentionally cold but good. Meat, eggs, salad, bread. There is also a couple of cafes near by to get other food and drinks. Breakfast was included in the price! Rooms were very reasonably priced.

PPopviberThe order was for the entire apartment in a residential complex. The apartment had a washing machine and iron, a kitchen with a stove, oven, and small wine glasses, and a projector in the bedroom. Smoking was allowed on the balcony, and the landlord had placed an ashtray. The apartment smelled nice inside, probably from several types of aromatherapy. Disposable bedding was also provided. I didn't expect that Ulaanbaatar already had heating in October, so it was super warm and hot inside. Overall, it was a good place.

DDmitriiVery good hotel! There is everything for a comfortable stay. Very good hotel location and service. We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

AAleFragolaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.
If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

YYUxiansendexiaoxiannvThe room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator in the room. After staying for two days, a waiter came to clean the room every day. Because we didn't speak Mongolian, the sister at the front desk communicated with us in English throughout the whole process. The check-in experience was great. 👍🏻

Service was perfect: Very passionate and hospitable, basic English, taxi booking service provided.
Room was generally okay. Rate: 8 out of 10. Hot water 7/24 supply. Air conditioner equipped. Has a window. Carpet was a little bit dirty but acceptable. My room has a smell but the smell goes if window opened. Free bottled water for 2.
Location: Close to city center. A 15-20min walk distance. About 1h car drive to the new airport (traffic is soooo congested in Ulaanbaatar).
! There are two airports in use in Ulaanbaatar right now. The old one is NOT for civil use anymore so remember go to the right one!! Leave at least 3 hours for your trip to the airport, and even more when far away or at rush hours.
