GGuest UserI pre-booked hotel car for airport and drop off by email and confirmed the departure time with the hotel receptionist again when I arrived at the hotel. However they still missed my booking. They couldn’t arrange the hotel car at the end but arrange a taxi for me. The hotel facilities are ok, but the receptionist staff is not professional.

DDuerjiaThe hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Room is very spacious. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and kind. Great view from the room overlooking a big local temple and houses on the hill.

DDmitriiVery good hotel! There is everything for a comfortable stay. Very good hotel location and service. We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

GGuest UserI went to run the Ulaanbaatar Marathon on the weekend. The hotel is about 800 meters away from Suhebaatar Square in the city center. There are many restaurants around. The hotel service is very good. Recommended

GGuest Userjust stayed one night and booked a cheaper room, but it was still plenty good enough. the fridge and tea kettle need to get plugged in. you can hear neighbors if their doors are open, but not if the doors are closed. i stayed there again a second time some days later with a higher priced room, that was better. will try to upload that review soon... its positive. oh and the food in the restaurant is good. staff supportive and some speak english.

MM275613****The hotel is very unique and in a good location. The front desk guy is very friendly and can speak some simple Chinese. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall it's OK.

GGuest UserOld and quite basic. Staff hardly speaks English so almost no interactions with guests. Only 1 bottle of water given a day. Wifi is horrible! Keeps dropping every couple of minutes and had to reconnect every time. Location is good.

YYataliyaThere is no hair dryer or disposable slippers, but the price is OK. It is convenient to walk one kilometer to the state-owned department store. However, Mongolia is not really a tourist country. Ulaanbaatar is a capital city. I don't want to stay there for a day. The cost is too high.

Service was perfect: Very passionate and hospitable, basic English, taxi booking service provided.
Room was generally okay. Rate: 8 out of 10. Hot water 7/24 supply. Air conditioner equipped. Has a window. Carpet was a little bit dirty but acceptable. My room has a smell but the smell goes if window opened. Free bottled water for 2.
Location: Close to city center. A 15-20min walk distance. About 1h car drive to the new airport (traffic is soooo congested in Ulaanbaatar).
! There are two airports in use in Ulaanbaatar right now. The old one is NOT for civil use anymore so remember go to the right one!! Leave at least 3 hours for your trip to the airport, and even more when far away or at rush hours.
