Five stars, full marks! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Front desk staffer Xiao En was quick and efficient, and getting around was convenient. Xiao En speaks Chinese, which was incredibly helpful and attentive. He was able to handle any issues we had, and the service was excellent. The hotel is newly opened, so the hygiene is top-notch. There are plenty of food options nearby, right by the seafood market, and it's super easy to get to the pier. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The facilities were complete and worked well, the WiFi was stable, and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

Our stay this time was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the overall environment was very comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality – I slept soundly all night without any issues. The staff's service attitude was superb; everyone was so friendly and even proactively recommended local food and attractions. A special shout-out to Lucy! She was incredibly thoughtful, providing professional yet warm service. She answered all our questions and even took the initiative to help with various requests, including arranging our transportation (hotel to airport transfer), which was handled perfectly. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely be back next time! Highly recommended! 🥰❤️

Well-managed and clean, making female guests feel safe. The bunk beds are spacious, and there are many dining options nearby. Facilities: Complete. Cleanliness: You need to remove your shoes upon entry. Environment: Cozy and comfortable, good location in town. Service: Staff speak Chinese, so basic communication is not an issue. Recommended.

Very nice staff. Good location. Clean, Qiet. Peacfull. Ment to stay 2 day, but keep extending my stay. After all I stayed there week. Hostel offering transwers to the Tawau airport for 30 myr.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the jetty and surrounded by many restaurants. The room itself is a bit old and shows its age, but the bathroom is still in decent condition. Overall acceptable for a short stay.and tv not function at all

Stayed here for less than 24 hours since our night flight arrived Tawau 8.30pm, and then airport transfer to Semporna took about 1.5 hours. Called the hotel earlier informing that we will be arriving late, and there are still receptionist waiting for us to check in. They even helped us bring our bags to the room. Only few things lacking - the aircond is not too cold, and then the water shower is too hot 🫠 we are too tired to complaint so we just accept it. Location wise very very strategic. Very near to jetty and got watsons, guardian, 7e, mart, halal restaurant.

I stayed at the hotel for four days and felt very good. The hotel owner was very friendly and thoughtful. The relevant facilities and equipment are very complete, and the hot water is abundant. I recommend choosing this one, thank you

The place is near to the fish market and nearby eateries. Hence, you may need earplugs for a better sleep as the sound proofing is barely noticeable, especially if you stay at the one with balcony. The rooms are spacious for 2. They do not provide daily cleaning services unless requested as per posts from other guests. It would be more enjoyable if the cleanliness can be enhanced, especially behind the cabinets which could be moved, there are many small dead insects body which gives the room a hint of the insect smell. Attention to cleanliness for scrubbing of sink and floor to mop will be much appreciated. The mirrors should also be checked to avoid safety hazard as the corner one that I stayed is already loose from the edges. Looking forward for a more improved and enhanced version of the place as it deserves to be.

We were island hopping in Semporna, and knowing the living conditions here were average, we chose the Mushroom House, which was considered a tourist attraction in Semporna. Sister Ping treated everyone who stayed there like a friend, even upgrading our room, sending a driver to pick us up in town, and even taking us back to our accommodation after the island hopping trip. I knew she had to take a taxi to pick us up, but I felt embarrassed, after all, the room rate was there. The overall experience was really good, and the people were warm and kind.
