Semporna Hotels with Pools

Choosing Beanstalk Homestay for my Semporna trip was absolutely the right decision! The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, treating you like friends. Before I even arrived, they patiently answered all my questions and gave me tons of practical tips for island hopping and dining. While the room isn't luxurious, it's spotlessly clean, the AC works great, there's plenty of hot water, and the bedding is really comfortable. Getting a good night's sleep after a day of activities is so important. The service was the biggest plus! The seafood preparation prices were excellent, and the breakfast, though simple, was thoughtfully prepared – coffee, toast, and eggs, perfect for fueling up before heading out to sea. Next time I'm in Semporna, I'll definitely stay at Beanstalk Homestay again.

The overwater villa environment is fantastic, surrounded by crystal-clear 'jellyfish' seas, perfect for free snorkeling where you can spot starfish and a whole coral reef. You can also enjoy sea fishing and paddleboarding! Sometimes, Bajau people paddle their small boats over to sell goods, offering a fun bartering experience and the chance to feast on huge seafood!

The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and tidy, and come with a spacious balcony. Most of the staff can speak Chinese, and their service is very enthusiastic, offering free airport transfers and island pick-up/drop-off. While the dining options aren't extensive, they cater well to Chinese tastes. It's true that there are many tourists taking photos, but it won't bother you much if you're just enjoying your own trip. Most importantly, the crystal-clear water allows you to clearly see fish, starfish, sea urchins, and turtles. The wooden cabins and walkways are surrounded by flowers, and occasionally Bajau people will paddle by in small boats selling coconuts and fresh seafood – these are truly unique features of the hotel.

On our last day, we chose this hotel and stayed in a cabin. The environment was decent, and the view of the sea was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was good, but the water pressure was a bit low. Overall, the service was good, but although life jackets were advertised as free, they still charged me to rent them. We snorkeled nearby, but the water wasn't very clear. It was okay for a light swim, but if you want to snorkel, avoid the shore. We then went island hopping.

I saw the turtles in the morning, the symbiotic fish on the back of the turtles, and the headlights at night are very spectacular. It is recommended. At 5 o'clock in the evening, I was lucky to see the turtles released, rowing, snorkeling coaches are very good, looking for small crabs, perfect holiday. The weather is basically not raining, the people are not mixed, the waiters do not disturb, unlike the two next to the day trips, there are many tourists, the hotel guests are actually affected. Overall five-star praise, the most recommended hotel in Bangbang Island. The luggage reminds everyone to remember to check it when I sent it to the room. When I left a travel pillow, I remembered why I didn't go to the lobby to get it. Another thing I didn't like was that the pick-up speedboat was flying fast for a while, scaring the baby.

It took a 30-minute speedboat ride from Haifeng Pier to reach the overwater bungalows. The surroundings are beautiful, with clear blue waters, and sitting in the lobby feels incredibly serene and comfortable. The room was also nice, facing the ocean, which was a real treat. Although the facilities were a bit old, it's understandable – being out at sea, exposed to wind and sun, things are bound to age faster than usual! The service was excellent, and the owner was very helpful. My child left their phone in the pick-up car, and it was quickly found and returned to us, which we really appreciated! The overwater bungalows were a memorable and wonderful part of our family's trip!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. We could pet cats and even saw monkeys 🐒, and my friend saw squirrels too! Breakfast was different every day and delicious. On the third day, we had to catch our flight at 6 am, and they still prepared breakfast for us. The service was excellent, and they offered free shuttle service to town, which was very convenient overall. There's also a swimming pool, and the island hopping tour in Semporna was beautiful. If I have the chance next time, I would definitely stay at Timba Garden again and visit Semporna's Jelly Beach again.

Feed you 4 meals a day ,Very chill place to relax and clean Well maintained ，Vending machine has beers ,snacks,instant noodles all are cheap price.We did the scuba diving and will do fiahing next time. 有空會再來！10月10日後我們剛好避開很多團體，來的時候沒人非常棒，水下資源有夠美生態豐富多魚多珊瑚有傑克魚海狼海龜，員工們都非常友好，我們三個人被20個人服務覺得很棒！

The stray dogs on the street were so loud at night, and the fire station next door was singing karaoke all night long. I originally booked for 4 days, but they helped me cancel the rest of my stay after I talked to them, which I really appreciate.

The person who served us at the resort didn’t seem very happy or energetic. However, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and always greeted us warmly when they saw us. A special highlight was the coach who took us snorkeling—he was extremely helpful and cheerful! We were really happy to have his assistance. Even after the snorkeling trip, he continued to guide us on how to use the paddle board and the glass-bottom boat. His service was truly excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities and complete bath accessories provided. As for the food, it was good, and they offered a menu for us to choose from. The price is a bit on the higher side, but it’s understandable given the private island setting and the overall experience..  you can see sea star and sea turtle at this island which is a plus point for us!
