JJC-CHENThe room is well-equipped and very clean. The air conditioning is great. The staff service is very good. The location is very convenient and close to the beach. The landlord answered all my questions and recommended good restaurants and cheap motorcycle rentals for only 200 baht a day. He also told me where to go for the best fishing. It was a very good accommodation experience.

GGuest UserWe had the best, best time. Such a peaceful, beautiful place. The staff were amazing, took us everywhere we wanted to go, booked our trips and transfers and were always around to help. So glad we decided to stay here and we hope we get to visit again in the future. Great location for beaches and restaurants.

GGuest UserVery nice complex with a private bungalow! This is located in the middle of the island. It is a bit out of the way, but you have peace and quiet and can enjoy the idyllic nature. You need a scooter on the island anyway, and you can rent one from the accommodation.
The entire bungalow has western standards, e.g. air conditioning, large windows, shower cubicle (which is rather unusual for Thailand).
Fridge, kettle and dishes available.
Balcony with seating.
Very friendly owners. Contact partly via WhatsApp. Responses are very quick. We also booked a tour through this, which was cheaper than with ”official” providers.
Water and coffee were refilled every now and then, but there was no discernible regularity here.
We liked it so much that we spontaneously extended our stay. We would love to come back!

GGuest UserLovely location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bungalows are lovely and spacious and has everything you need in them. I also liked that the bungalows weren’t too close together so you had your own space and privacy. The pool was relaxing and very well kept by the owners. Overall a very quiet place to stay if you’re wanting to relax near the pool I would highly recommend.

GGuest UserGreat and clean place to stay, very attentive staff who make fresh breakfast for you. Location is also great as it's only a two minute walk to the beach and situated right in the middle of the island so it's close to wherever you need to go. You can even book your transport, scooters and day trips there. The cats are just an extra plus.

GGuest UserCharming place right on a beautiful clean beach that is not crowded and swimmable. The staff are lovely (thanks, Sue!) food surprisingly good (fish BBQ!) and you can get scooters right at the place. We actually checked in to the more luxury option on this beach and then moved here instead because it felt way more friendly.
Don’t come here if you want to party, it’s at the far south of all the beaches and over some huge hills to the next gathering of shops (although there is laundry and a few restaurants and a basic shop nearby). And don’t expect satin sheets or huge rooms, it is what it is and that’s a bit rustic. But for what it is, and the price, you can’t do better.

AAstegerFriendly place run by the very-helpful Marcos from Portugal. Comfortable bungaloes with verandas. Good location right in middle of island, so great if you have your own transport and like access to both sides of Ko Lanta and more green surroundings. Marcos can help you rent a scooter. Simple Thai restaurants within very easy walking distance. Shops 5 mins by motorbike down the hill. Large shared kitchen available if you wish to cook.

GGuest UserGood location, across the street from a very yummy restaurant! You can see monkeys beside the hotel every night at dusk! Would definitely recommend a scooter if staying at this hotel as it would be quite a long and hot walk to any beaches or main town, but scooter rental is easy on the island! Would recommend and would stay again!

GGuest UserLocation was ok. To get to most restaurants a tuk tuk was needed. The hotel is split into 3 parts which was not too clear when we booked. The room we booked was nearer the road and was more of a self service room. There are rooms in between the beach and the lobby but they looked largely out of use. Finally the beach bungalows looked very nice and well maintained. The apartel rooms were a 10 minute walk to the beach. Not a problem but something to be aware of before booking. The room itself was clean and pretty standard. The hotel staff at reception were super friendly and helped us book transfers, laundry etc all in one place too.
