"Very beautiful, peaceful, quiet , family friendly resort. Food is so so for both dinner and breakfast, but the cocktails were amazing! Facilities are nice! Kids loved the slide from the swimming pool, the playroom and outdoor area, the kid go kart. Rooms are big, very comfy bed, nice bathtub. The environment is great with wonderful sunset, nice lawn, and there is a big lotus pond! Overall I would recommend this resort to everyone especially if you bring kids. Not so crowded compared with other resorts in Koh Lanta. Very relaxing."

KK. FilipanitsIt was truly beautiful, one of the best stay of my life. The whole stay from the transfer from the airport to the end of the stay was organised to the smallest details. Franck the hotel management and his team doing a really amazing work. Room was spotlessly clean, also the pool area was clean and well maintained. The place is is on Koh Lanta, which is not too touristy, which is a great thing for a relaxing stay. Wifi was sarong at the whole resort. Great gym facility. Excellent breakfast with a great view on the beachfront. Overall 10/10 stay, highly recommended.

GGuest UserIn fact except Mr. Kwun. No one else smiled much. It's not as good as a vendor selling Thai snacks with a bright smile. As a hotel with a relatively high positioning. While you are happy with the money. Your service level, your sanitary environment, your geographical location, and your various supporting facilities should also keep up. Among them, the comprehensive quality of service personnel is very important. Empathy is also important. The lady in the hijab (smiling to the whites, indifferent to the Chinese), took us to the hotel room. There are two rooms available, let's just use one of them. Of course, there is really no need for our family of three. But not something you can bring to me. Because I defaulted to paying for the entire room. No matter how many rooms I think I have the right to use. (In the end we didn't use it because we didn't want to burden the cleaning staff, and indeed we didn't need it) because we were scheduled to go to Krabi Airport at 5 pm. So after hotel check out (2pm). The BOSS of the hotel arranged another villa for us to rest. Thank you so much. However, the lady at the front desk who wore a hijab led us to the living room without air conditioning. It's still hot in July. This makes me uncomfortable. I don't know if it was the headscarf lady's own idea or the decision of the hotel boss. Don't criticize me, you are picky and picky when you live in a free room. The day before, I directly mentioned how much it would cost to add money for a delayed check-out. Mr kwun said it was free. I just decided to rest at the hotel. . How could I know that the price was too high or there was no air-conditioning? It doesn't matter if I just book a cheap hotel for rest. The kindness of the original boss was taken to the living room by the turban lady to rest. I fell asleep and woke up from the heat. uncomfortable. Later, I applied to the boss again, and went to sleep in an air-conditioned room in the bedroom. The hotel boss also agreed. But I don't know why there is an extra twist. In the end, when I left, I put 100 baht to the person who cleaned the room. Below is a screenshot of the chat with the boss. I really can't understand, since I was given a villa for free rest, but I was not given an air-conditioned room, what is the purpose of the operation. ? Finally thanks again to Mr. kwun for his help. Thanks. Below is a wechat conversation with the hotel boss (maybe the manager).

Mmaya rosThe resort is absolutely amazing. It has 2 big pools, a great and clean beach, you can do sap, snorkeling and just hang. Very pretty restaurant at the cliff but even better at the beach. The room service was great and we loved koh lanta. The transport to the krabi air port is a big plus. I have to be honest, in our first day, the service was not so great, the stuff looked like they are suffer, and some tables got a lot of attention, but ours, well eventually we had to stand and go look for some waiter to ask the bill. Let's put it that way- we have seen much happier stuff in a 4 stars resorts. But the second night and third, we have to mention wud and fung were the best service and vibe at the beach restaurant. Even though we are a smokers, they arranged a beautiful table, and even got us some cookies and special tabbaco. Overall, beautiful place and people. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience.

LLuoquan1The overall is very good, the sunset is simply invincible. There are groups of hermit crabs on the beach at night. There is nothing to say about the ecological environment. It’s just that Lanta Town is a bit poor, and the infrastructure is not comparable to that of Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket. There are gains and losses, just go decisively if you like quietness and original ecology.

TTomB21We had a great stay. Our room was very clean, modern and spacious. The pools were big and not at all crowded, so perfect for relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, making us feel very welcome. The reception team were also very helpful with our requests. Good breakfast. Location was also ideal - quiet and felt in nature. Easy access to both a private and public beach. The public beach leads to lots of bars and restaurants (some with fireshows) within about 10 to 15 minutes of walking which is great at sunset / in the evenings. We would definitely reccomend / wish to visit again !

よく見たらTシャツの鳥がいたThis was my first time on Ngai Island. Since there are no roads, I searched for a place with easy ferry access. The deciding factor was the availability of a check-in area for the return ferry. Without this, even if the hotel staff helped with my luggage on the way there, I'd have to carry it myself on the way back. I chose Fantasy Resort to avoid that hassle. Another plus point was the pool. The beach in front of the hotel is shallow, like the others, but it's not too rocky at low tide and impossible to walk on, so you can enjoy the ocean at any time. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and large trees, providing ample shade, making it comfortable to spend long periods on the beach. The proximity to the hotel bar was also a plus. There are several room types, and I stayed in a standard room, so nothing particularly noteworthy. However, the beachfront rooms have their own pools, which, while not quite as impressive as the overwater cottages in the Maldives, do have a special touch. My only complaint is that they provide a pool in front of each room for guests to wash off the sand, but there isn't enough water to wash it off properly, so you end up bringing the sand back home with you. As a result, some of it got on the bed, leaving a rough, uncomfortable sleep. The food was so poor that I would have preferred not to have the included breakfast at all, and I would like to see some improvements, even if it means paying a little more. The restaurant menu was limited in variety, but had a basic selection, and I was glad that they didn't have the pork that is common on southern islands. Naturally, the prices were those for an isolated island, and were similar to those of other hotel restaurants. I was tired of Thai food, so I ordered a steak, and they asked me how I wanted it cooked, but when it arrived it was already a little cold, so it was disappointing that asking was unnecessary. Relatively speaking, I felt I was satisfied

SShonaThis is a lovely place to enjoy all Thailand has to offer: I went during low season and feel that during high season with the restaurant opened, sun loungers out and mini mart , this is an ideal location. During low season it is easy to find places to sunbath and eat along the beach. It would have been nice not to have to walk through all the washed up rubbish every day to get to these places though. May is happy to organise what you want and I definitely enjoyed my stay

GGuest UserGood location, across the street from a very yummy restaurant! You can see monkeys beside the hotel every night at dusk! Would definitely recommend a scooter if staying at this hotel as it would be quite a long and hot walk to any beaches or main town, but scooter rental is easy on the island! Would recommend and would stay again!

The staff are very enthusiastic, speak English, and the location is really very good. It is very close to the beach pier that goes to the sea. There is hospital 711 diagonally opposite. There are many restaurants and the hotel has swimming pools. Unfortunately, the schedule is too full and there is no time to swim. , A small villa is very comfortable, the hotel provides car rental service, 180 baht a day for motorcycles. You can also help contact when you go to the airport.
