AAnonymous UserThis stand-alone bungalow is super conveniently located, very close to Ao Nang Beach, the night market, and the main street. Right across the street, there's a boat ticket office, and the pier is just 200 meters away, perfect for trips to Railay Beach and various islands.
The room itself is simple and clean, actually better than what the pictures show. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm, with great attention to detail in their service. Breakfast is à la carte, with a limited but tasty selection.
We received two massage vouchers for the place next door. An hour-long oil Thai massage was only 250B, and the masseuses were all experienced older women. After one session, we went every day! It's so much more affordable than in Beijing, and they don't slack off at all; their technique is excellent.
The room was larger than expected, feeling more spacious than similarly sized rooms in China. The bed was also wider than the advertised 1.5 meters, which was great when traveling with a child.
Additionally, the front desk had plenty of snacks, offered beach towels for a 100B deposit, and could arrange various tours and airport transfers. After we checked out, we didn't leave until the evening, and the staff even offered complimentary shower service after we came back from our activities, which was very thoughtful.

It is about a 15-minute walk from the beach, which is great, and it is close to a street with several halal street food options at night, all very good and reasonably priced. There is also a 7-Eleven just two minutes away and a currency exchange right in front of the hotel, so in terms of location, it could hardly be better.
The room, although quite outdated, serves its purpose. The television is extremely small, and the overall decor feels old. The bathroom, in particular, could benefit from some renovations, especially the ceiling and the door.
Overall, the service is okay and the hotel meets basic expectations, especially considering its convenient location

GGuest UserWas given the beachfront unit next to the resort’s restaurant and just in front of the dining area.
1) IMPORTANT
- I had booked the room under Palm Resort Krabi. However the driver and myself could not locate the resort as there was no signage! I realised later that Palm Resort was also Bliss Resort as they both shared the same address. It seems that the beachfront units are booked under Palm Resort, while the non-beachfront units are booked under Bliss Resort.
2) WHAT’S GOOD
- Room is clean.
- The bed is big and comfortable. There’s also a day sofa which is good for sleeping.
- The bathroom has an attached dressing room.
- Useful amenities such as a safe, fridge, hairdryer, beach bag for a day out, mineral water, drink sachets, toiletries, plenty of power points.
- Spacious verandah with lounge chairs. Great for lounging and enjoying the night.
- I also enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves as I laid in bed at night as the seawater is just a few metres away when it’s high tide.
- Many restaurants and convenience stores around the area!
3) NOT SO GOOD
- The dining area is just in front of the unit so you can might hear some muffled conversations and music. But it wasn’t too bad.
- There are gaps around the wooden framed glass doors and a few mosquitoes can get in. Come prepared with a repellent plug-in for the room. The resort staff will also provide a spray if you ask.
- The bed is directly opposite the doors, so you have to keep the curtains drawn fully.

RRonald’sTravelAo Nang Miti Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. It’s definitely a nice spot if you want a quiet break in Ao Nang.
However, I had a big issue with the pillows. They were too thick and too firm, to the point that my neck hurt and I couldn’t sleep properly for two nights. It really affected my rest during the trip. I hope the resort can provide softer pillow options or allow guests to request alternatives, because everything else about the stay was actually good.
Overall, it’s a nice resort, but the uncomfortable pillows made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

MMustafachelikWe had such a fantastic stay at Hasna Palace! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip.
The room itself was spacious, super clean, and had a lovely little balcony where we could relax. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after a hot day exploring!
One of the highlights was the amazing on-site restaurant and the proximity to other local halal food spots, which was a huge plus for us. The location is great, tucked away enough to be peaceful but still an easy walk or quick tuk-tuk ride to the main Ao Nang beach and all the shops and restaurants.
Seriously, for the price, you can't beat the value and genuine hospitality here. Highly, highly recommend Hasna Palace to anyone visiting Krabi! We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserGreat location, good for swimming at the beach and viewing the mountain behind the resort. The service was great - i did a late booking yet they came to offer me a bed despite passing their working hours. Its like 10 min work to the social area and i love the walk in and out cos it helps me to have my 30 min of exercise :). The only issue i had was that i saw a crab in my room one evening but it was okay - harmless. Had a good time relaxing and working.
