MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

GGuest UserParking is very convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are also convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are good. There are some snacks available at the front desk. Miss Cao at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied with the whole process.

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

GGuest UserI went to Cixi to visit tombs during the Qingming Festival and chose this All Seasons hotel. The location is very good and quiet, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping around.
Environment: Simple style, very clean, tea sets and tea leaves are placed in the room, very unique
Service: Very attentive, it feels like going home. Two bottles of warm water will be provided when leaving the store, which is really considerate. Special thanks to Tangtang for watching me bring my baby in and giving her a breakfast👍🏻. A toiletry bag and steam eye mask will also be provided when you check in. If you need anything, just call and the cute robot 🤖 will deliver it to your door.
The overall stay experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Cixi.

DDasistchrisRuiya Hotel is very new, the rooms are very large, and the overall comfort is very good. The breakfast is definitely filling, but a bit simple, with only a few kinds of steamed buns, porridge, boiled eggs and fried rice. I have to go to the front desk to update the room card every night. I always forget and can't open the door when I get home. It's so inconvenient to go downstairs to update it.

RroʊmæntɪkThe front desk service was very welcoming, the room arrangements were excellent, the soundproofing was superb, and the room was very clean and tidy. There was ample parking available at the entrance and back, and a card was required to access the elevator, ensuring a high level of security. We even had a robot deliver our takeout order. The hotel was very well-maintained, and the front desk even provided us with ice cream and chilled bottled water – a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. I would definitely consider staying at Duogao again next time I visit Zhouxiang, and I hope they continue to maintain this level of service.

NNibaoThis stay was a bit unpleasant. We have come to Cixi to pick bayberry and stay at the hotel every time we come to this season for many years. So we are very familiar with the hotel. Every time we book a deluxe room, we also know the difference between a deluxe room and a comfortable room. Because last year, there was also a wrong room type, and it was solved in time, so I reminded not to make a mistake again when I checked in this time. I saw an older Shi at the front desk whispered a few words with the younger front desk. I don’t know why? We got the key and showed us that it was not a deluxe room, but a comfortable room. We immediately went down and asked them to give the wrong room type. The older one insisted that this room type was this type. We told her that we came every year. How could we not know? We barely gave us a comfortable and luxurious room at our insistence. How could we have no room if we booked in advance? And when we checked in, we found that not all deluxe rooms were living in guests. The reason was that they knew that the most annoying thing was the old Shi front desk with a stern face, like the money owed to her, and looked at us sideways. There was no apology at all. It's weird how such a person works at the front desk? The front desk is the face of a hotel. The first impression of the guest is where the guest stays. The boss spends money to re-whiten the hotel, in order to let the guests improve the experience of staying. Now they are re-branded by such employees. The service wants to score the lowest score. But you can’t have a mouse shit broken a pot of porridge. At least there is a young front desk attitude. The restaurant’s Xiaohan service attitude is also very good. Last year, I was very satisfied with Xiaohan. I want to play five stars for Xiaohan, but the front desk I want to score zero. Hopefully not seeing her again next year is too disappointing.
