GGuest UserParking is very convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are also convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are good. There are some snacks available at the front desk. Miss Cao at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied with the whole process.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had no smell, the details were handled in place, and the living was particularly at ease. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, the decoration is warm and stylish, and the public areas are very clean and tidy, making people feel very relaxed. The front desk and room service are very warm and thoughtful, there is a timely demand response, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. Very good value for money, will give priority to this next trip, highly recommended!

GGuest UserI went to Cixi to visit tombs during the Qingming Festival and chose this All Seasons hotel. The location is very good and quiet, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping around.
Environment: Simple style, very clean, tea sets and tea leaves are placed in the room, very unique
Service: Very attentive, it feels like going home. Two bottles of warm water will be provided when leaving the store, which is really considerate. Special thanks to Tangtang for watching me bring my baby in and giving her a breakfast👍🏻. A toiletry bag and steam eye mask will also be provided when you check in. If you need anything, just call and the cute robot 🤖 will deliver it to your door.
The overall stay experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Cixi.

CCarolinemiaomiaoI was woken up in the middle of the night by a noise similar to that of a washing machine. The noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I was very sleepy but couldn't fall asleep. I don't know if you have ever experienced that feeling, it's really painful. I couldn't sleep all night just listening to this sound and the sound of the elevator door opening and closing. I asked the staff for feedback in the morning and they said it could be the sound of mahjong playing in the chess and card room next door, or the sound of laundry upstairs, or the sound of the wind. This room is really full of buffs. The sounds of elevator, mahjong and laundry are all pleasing to the ears. Their solution was to upgrade the room next time I come. Well, there won't be a next time. I'm so scared.
