GGuest UserAt the end of the summer vacation, I took my children to Fantawild and decided to stay because they liked the relatively new hotel. The overall environment and hygiene are very satisfactory. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to inquire about the check-in time and requirements in advance, which was very good.
But I must point out the shortcomings. After checking in, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to eat at around 12:30. I asked the butler to reserve a seat in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there was no reservation. I don't know how the hotel works.
The food was not served until 50 minutes after ordering. Two families who were seated at the same time couldn't wait and left early, expressing their dissatisfaction. This aspect needs to be improved in the future.
The hotel is more business-like, with only a swimming pool and gym, and few facilities for children.

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Atour to stay, the weather was very cold and late. Jiang Yu at the front desk helped me to check in and brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that not only warmed my hands, but also warmed my heart. I was drunk and my brain was very confused. I couldn’t hear the front desk speech and I was in a bad mood. A little annoying, the front office manager Suining calmed my emotions as soon as possible, and then sent me to the room after I checked in. I told me that if I had any discomfort, I could call the front desk. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very big. Someone knocked on the door in a few minutes. It was the front office manager Suining who sent me a bowl of millet porridge and sober tea and two bottles of warm water. I was uncomfortable and quickly let me drink two sober teas. I also gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really good. Suining came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and opened the slippers for me. I also sent an air purifier, and put me on the bedside intimately. The service was all-in-one, so I didn’t have any picky words. I woke up in the middle of the night and my throat was sore and thirsty, and I didn’t want to drink ice water. Called the front desk and wanted two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring a few times. Jiang Yu answered the phone. When I learned that my appeal immediately told me that the front desk partner who could go up and send it to me immediately. I was worried that it would trouble them at first, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after the front desk Jiang Yu knocked on the door and sent me a large cup of hot water and honey lemonade at the front desk, which made me really feel the quality service of Atour. I also stayed at Atour for the first time and felt the intimate service unlike other hotels. I will definitely stay at Atour often in the future.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

__WeChat238732****I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

GGuest UserThe service at this hotel was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. The front desk receptionists were warm and attentive, making the check-in process swift. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring a smart voice assistant (XiaoDu XiaoDu) which was very intelligent. The comfortable bed ensured an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it

GGuest UserThis time I was quite satisfied with my vacation at Huihe International Hotel in Cixi. As soon as I entered the door, the front office manager Tan Shihuan, the front desk staff Yu Biju, and Dai Anna greeted us warmly with smiles, and even upgraded us, which made us feel quite warm. The room attendant, Zhou Tianju, is serious and responsible in her work and meticulous in cleaning. The breakfast is also relatively rich and cost-effective. Next time I come to Cixi, I will stay at Huihe Hotel.
