GGuest UserThe room was very spacious with modern amenities like an air purifier, water dispenser, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. My family especially loved the Japanese-style tatami mats. Downstairs, there's a good selection of restaurants and entertainment, and you can access them freely with your room card. The front desk service was excellent. The parking lot was quite busy during the day but became very empty after 7 PM. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

WWONG 0426Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional.
Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service.
The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby.
Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel some time ago and the experience was great! The reception was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I could sleep until dawn. The bathroom is fully equipped and the hot water supply is stable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and dining are convenient. Highly recommended to everyone!

KKarla de MagalhãesThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

GGuest UserI can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it. There are basically all kinds of noodles, rice cakes, porridge, tofu pudding, and rice cakes. Western food also has various breads, cheeses, salads, and stir-fried dishes. The taste is also very good. Just for this breakfast, I have to stay here next time, haha

Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
