Cixi Hotels with Parking

The room was very spacious with modern amenities like an air purifier, water dispenser, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. My family especially loved the Japanese-style tatami mats. Downstairs, there's a good selection of restaurants and entertainment, and you can access them freely with your room card. The front desk service was excellent. The parking lot was quite busy during the day but became very empty after 7 PM. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient, and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

Really happy with the room, got a free upgrade! Parking was super convenient, and there's a shopping mall right across the street. Great for getting around, and plenty of food options nearby. Being on a high floor, it was quiet and peaceful. Definitely my top choice when visiting Cixi. Very good, very good!

Hotel experience full score! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the atmospheric lobby, and the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. After seeing several hotels, I finally chose this hotel to stay. The hotel room is spacious and the lighting is excellent. The scenery of the ancient city outside the window is even more attractive. The hotel's facilities are fully equipped, and the business and leisure needs are solved in one stop. Efficient and comfortable. The bathroom is so clean that I want to stay a few more days! The mirror has no water stains, the toilet seat is disinfected in place, and the details are controlled with ecstasy 👍

I'm really sorry for forgetting to comment. The hotel is OK, the parking lot is not big, and the parking is disorderly. It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

I can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it. There are basically all kinds of noodles, rice cakes, porridge, tofu pudding, and rice cakes. Western food also has various breads, cheeses, salads, and stir-fried dishes. The taste is also very good. Just for this breakfast, I have to stay here next time, haha

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
