11826261****This was my first time staying at Atour Hotel in Cixi, and overall the service was quite good. The room seemed well soundproofed; I don't know if it was because the neighbors were also quiet, but I didn't hear anything, and I slept well both nights. The only downside was that the room was a bit small.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

The layout was warm, the bathroom was super large, and there was a cloakroom. The family room was very friendly for parent-child travel.
