"Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.

sissiyu27Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery.

ShaiyueliangkaGetting to the room by electric scooter was a fun experience.
A very novel hotel model. The mattress was very comfortable, but the bathroom light was too dim; you could barely see your face.
The environment was very quiet, and I slept very comfortably.
The hot spring itself has its own saltiness and is just steps from the room.
There's a large square nearby, which is very convenient.
The only downside was the breakfast; it wasn't very impressive. I hope they improve it—the steamed buns were a bit hard, and the fried noodles were a bit cold.
There's a fun little playground for kids on the second floor above the reception.

Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it.
