The room is fully equipped, the independent partition of the bathroom is very reasonable and practical, all small details are well served, and the staff at the B&B are attentive, warm, and very good.

QQueeneTThe B&B is located at the innermost part, a distance from Wuye Temple, suitable for self-driving, very quiet. I like it very much. The house is clean and tidy, the bedding is super comfortable, and the room is smart. In short, it is great. I like to stay away from the tour groups and the quiet environment. I strongly recommend it. My foot was broken when I checked in, and the owner found a band-aid for me as soon as possible. The owner would go out to greet me when I came back every night, and sent me out when I left. He also gave me Wutai Mountain specialties when I left the store. In short, it was a great stay experience

TTiexinaishenghuoI can definitely say that this shop is the ceiling of Wutai Mountain B&Bs. It was newly renovated a year ago. The most important thing is the mattresses and beddings, which are equipped at the level of a five-star hotel. There is an electric smart toilet, and the toiletries are also top-notch in the B&B category. There is a tea room downstairs. I didn't go down to drink because I was too tired, but it looked very nice. The boss was very enthusiastic and provided service and guidance to every customer who came in. It was really great.
I found this place myself on Ctrip. I've stayed in many B&Bs in the scenic area before, and they were generally not very good. I didn't have much hope before I went there at a price of more than 200 yuan. However, this one is definitely worth it, it's very clean, and the service is great. We arrived at Shanzui Station and the boss's father came to pick us up. He took us all the way. I highly recommend this Xidi Jinshe B&B. I'm not an agent. I didn't have time to take pictures of the room, but the pictures of the hotel posted on Ctrip that you see are exactly the same as the real one. I say it again: exactly the same! Without exaggerating, I think their hotel is at the level of a star-rated hotel in the Wutai Mountain Scenic Area, but the price is indeed more than 200. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so here are some photos of the scenic spot.

GGuest UserThe newly renovated hotel shows the owner's dedication; even the limited space has been transformed into a small landscaped area. It's conveniently located next to the Xingcheng Hotel, and easy to reach by bus route 8 from Shuxiang Temple and Wuye Temple. Long-distance buses are also readily available. The restaurants recommended by the owner are likely not very good; you'll need to take a number during peak hours.

The guest rooms are simple and modern in design, fully equipped with smart devices, and the bedding is more comfortable than expected. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The cleaning is meticulous and exquisite refreshments are replenished daily. The price/performance ratio is very high, suitable for both business travel and vacation, and I will choose to stay again.

GGuest UserI often come to Mount Wutai, and after seeing the recommendation from Ctrip, I booked a newly opened homestay: it is located in the most prosperous Yangbaiyu Service Area in the scenic area. The homestay is right there after you park your car nearby. The lighting on the first floor is a little blocked, but the second floor is bright and spacious, with antique decoration and exquisite details, much like the lay Buddhist building in a certain temple.
The room is decorated with solid wood, the linens are comfortable, it is a brand new room but has no smell, it has floor heating and is equipped with independent air conditioning, so you can control the temperature yourself. The boss, Xiao Dong, seems very down-to-earth. He recommends some routes, makes travel guides, and also provides tour guide services. However, since I come here so often, it is useless. The store offered tributes, and the boss personally took us to the Wuye Temple to burn incense. It was very good service, five stars for encouragement!

GGuest UserStayed for 1 night during family summer vacation. Very clean homestay. Most of all, I would like to thank the hotel proprietress for being very welcoming and informing us in advance of the driving route from Taiyuan to the scenic spot and how to take the bus. The B&B is in a small alley, which is quiet. There are many places to eat outside the alley. There is a large parking lot opposite the alley entrance, which is free. The B&B does not include breakfast, but many restaurants around provide breakfast for 15 yuan per person, which is okay. It is also very close to the core temples on foot. I will definitely choose this one next time I go.

AAnonymous UserLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel.
Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.

GGuest UserThe hotel makes a perfect 3-night stay for us. Perfect in every sense. The lady proprietor so efficiently and willingly planned the entire stay for us upon our arrival, booked (and paid on our behalf) the whole-day bus tour of all the 5 mountain sights, drove us to the starting bus depot, and even arrange our remaining private car routes to Pingyao, Taiyuan, Datong and Beijing. I absolutely recommend this place to stay, especially if you are foreigner and not familiar with Wutaishan, and all the logistics, you can be sure you will get all the help you need from this hotel, and your stay will be an enjoyable one.

KKutenglaoshuIt was my first time to go to Mount Wutai. I was a little confused after reading the guide. There were many problems with every hotel. I finally chose this one, thinking that it was at least relatively close.
The whole family was very satisfied with the result. The room was super spacious and there were many original crystal ornaments. The view was probably the best. The Big White Pagoda was under construction and the Small White Pagoda could be seen.
It is very convenient to park on Dailuoding and Dicos, and it is also very quiet at night.
The car entered Wutai Mountain but failed to make a reservation. We entered successfully under the guidance of the boss.
All in all, I am very satisfied and have recommended it to my friends. I will continue to stay at his house next time.
