Extremely satisfied! The guesthouse's underfloor heating was wonderfully warm; compared to the November heat outside, I really wanted to stay inside! 😆 The triple double room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The owner is kind and helpful; he guided us on our route before we even left, helped us book transportation, monitored our arrival progress, and patiently explained how to explore the area, providing a very detailed itinerary. The next day, we went to Dongtai Peak to watch the sunrise, but unexpectedly, our car broke down around 5 am. The owner found a solution for us, personally driving us to a repair shop and arranging for someone to come and fix it. He was a lifesaver, ensuring we didn't miss the magnificent sunrise. We are so grateful! All my colleagues in the group were very thankful and insisted on giving a positive review! If we visit Wutai Mountain again, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Great and very nice!

The first time I came to Wutai Mountain, I chose this one among many homestays. After staying, the experience is very good and it is worth recommending! First. 1. The boss is very warm, and any consultation questions are answered in time and enthusiastically; I encountered bad weather and small conditions on the way to Wutai Mountain. On the way, the boss has been sending messages asking about the situation and asking if he needs help. It is very warm. 2. When I arrived at the scenic spot, it was almost three o'clock in the morning. The boss had to rush to Taiyuan at six o'clock in the morning. (Generally, the boss was picking up at the bus station, and the scenic bus was free for 24 hours) But he still came to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot in person, which also caused him to not rest much all night, very touched! Second 1. The location of the inn is near the bus station of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to travel. The boss will arrange for the driver to send me to the bus station. When I come back, I will call the driver directly. The driver will also come to pick me up immediately. The journey is over. The boss will also help arrange carpooling to the high-speed rail station or the airport. The service is very thoughtful; The aunt of the inn is also very enthusiastic. Every morning, she takes the initiative to say hello and will guide the place to eat breakfast. When she comes back at night, she will immediately ask if the room supplies are sufficient. 2. The inn room is clean and tidy, the layout is very warm, with air conditioning, complete washing supplies, and conditioner. The only thing to note is that the hot water in the first floor room I live in needs to be placed with cold water for about 5 minutes. The hot water volume and water temperature after that are very comfortable! Because the first floor is air-powered hot water, first empty the cold water in the pipe, but the boss said that this problem will be solved in September this year. 3. The decoration style of the inn is comfortable and warm as a whole. The tea table on the second floor can drink tea and chat. There are also pens and drawing paper to provide Buddha statues. The third floor can copy scriptures, which is very good with Wutai Mountain. You can see the mountain view outside the window of the inn, which makes people feel the warmth of home, and there is more mountain color and Zen. Third 1. The breakfast in the inn's restaurant is relatively rich, in addition to daily buns, steamed sweet potatoes, soy milk, corn, etc., there are stir-fried vegetables and cold dishes, which taste good. 2. My trip is three days. The best taste is the restaurant of the inn. It was eaten the night before the end of the trip. The taste of the dishes belongs to the north-south fusion. The taste is relatively wide and the price is more reasonable than other restaurants in the scenic area. Come to Wutai Mountain and recommend this restaurant to try. After this trip, except for some episodes on the road, everything else was very smooth. The people of Shanxi are very friendly, especially the driver's brother who sent me over, the innkeeper and other service staff of the inn are very friendly. Mount Wutai is worth a visit.

I highly recommend Xi Xiang Feng Hotel in Wutai Mountain! The rooms were spotless, and all the facilities were impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was exceptional; they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient. The owner can even pick guests up from the visitor center free of charge, so there's no need to worry about transportation. You can take a free bus to the scenic area right outside the door – it's fantastic!

The boss is very good, stayed for about 20 days. The first time I lived in the room downstairs, I changed to the room upstairs when I lived. Especially warm, the boss is very good. My brother's feet were broken, but when I returned to Beijing, I was broken. Thanks to the boss's reminder, I must go to the hospital to check it. During the stay, the temples in the core scenic area of Wutai Mountain were almost all worshipped. When returning to the room, the boss will make up the water. It is very convenient to go to the core scenic area from the homestay. If there are Tibetans staying, it will be particularly lively.

The room is very new and clean. The washbasin and bathroom have good hot and cold water, and the water pressure is good. We requested a room facing the sun, which faced the mountains. It was a cloudless day when we checked in, which seemed very relaxing. The service is very enthusiastic. The front desk will answer all questions, including tourist routes, etc., and the driver who picks you up is also very thoughtful. Although it is far from the main road, it is well connected and accessible. All in all, the price/performance ratio is still very good. I am more concerned about the smell in a new room. There was a little bit of it when I first moved in, but it was an uncomfortable feeling due to the unfamiliarity. I opened the window or the bathroom ventilator and it soon disappeared. In this season, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner at night and I slept comfortably with just a quilt.

Very satisfied. The environment was exceptionally clean, hot water was always available, and the service was excellent. We couldn't book a car, so they picked us up from the visitor center. There's a small stream right outside where you can catch fish, and dining is very convenient. The bus stop is just a short walk away, and there are buses in the evening too. A great experience; I'd definitely stay here again.

The room is clean, spacious and bright, with fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery outside the window is pleasant, and transportation and shopping are very convenient. It is very close to all the attractions and you can walk to the long-distance bus station. The mushroom noodles in the restaurant downstairs are the best noodles I have eaten in Wutai Mountain, much better than the local knife-cut noodles, and the portion is also sufficient.

The staff is very friendly and the location was nice. Unfortunately the price/value ratio wasn't good because facilities are a bit old but it was our fault, it was a super busy weekend with very high demand (also we don't recommend to visit Wutaishan on weekends if you can avoid it)

I went there over a month ago and am only now leaving a review. The owner was so kind! When I was leaving, I realized I'd forgotten my wallet at the hotel, and they'd kept it safe for me. When I went back to get it, they didn't charge me a penny and even gave me a bucket of vinegar! It was truly amazing! Most importantly, may the God of Wealth, all the gods, and Buddha bless me and let me get my money back! They really saved me. I'm so grateful!

The place is right next to the green bus station and only couple of bus stops away from main attractions. It has shops around. The whole town and the street it is on is being renovated and it is very dusty. The hosts were eztremely helpful and nice. Cleanness left to desire better, but I told the hostess and they did their best to fix the issue. The whole place is old and in need for renovations, but service is very good, hosts really go out of way to help.
