**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!
**Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

GGuest UserI traveled all the way to Kasumigaura with my dog and chose to stay here. The B&B facilities are very new and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is the sea view of Kasumigaura, and the location is excellent. There is also a projector in the room, which is great for watching movies while lying down at night. The location of the B&B is right in Dongbi Village, making it very convenient to go out for fun and eat.

I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

GGuest UserThe location of the homestay is very good. Compared with the homestay in Dongbi Village, it is closer to the county seat, more convenient to eat by car, and there is a parking lot. There is nothing to eat nearby, but the small yard is directly facing the bay, which is equivalent to having a whole beach where you can catch the sea to dig sand. It is perfect for people who like less quiet people. The children watched the sunrise in the morning and drove the sea, as well as tools, rubber shoes, and water forks. Really thoughtful, the children are very happy.
Facilities: There is an elevator and a smart toilet. Indoor Xiao Ai students intelligently control the curtains. When the curtains are opened, the sea is the sea. It is very popular to shoot small videos. There is a terrace to watch the sunrise and sunset, and the sight is unobstructed. The most important thing is that the air conditioner is very powerful. For the winter to live by the sea, heating is very important. Some homestay air conditioners are cooled. The bedding is also very comfortable, the equipment is complete, and the bathtub bag is equipped, which is very careful.
Hygienic: The sanitation is also good, no obvious sanitary corners are found, breakfast is made in the hall, you can see it, packaged, white porridge, several pickles, soy milk, simple, but very satisfied.
Service: The boss sister is very enthusiastic, her husband wants to fish, and has been helping to contact the fishing thing, and there are fish fins to borrow. In fact, there have been hotels that have not lived in B&Bs before. But Xiapu Hotels are all in the county town, and there are no large-scale hotels on the beach. You can choose a homestay. The experience is still very good. It is worth recommending seriously.

XXiaoputao666This homestay is located in the center of Dongbi Village. The front desk brother is very good and will help find a parking space. There are free sea tools to borrow. Talk about a few shortcomings:
1. Two days before and after the stay, the public area outside the guest room smelled obvious smoke. On the afternoon of the check-in day, the door of the room was very strong. When I arrived on the first floor, there were three uncles sitting there smoking and smoky. If your nose is sensitive and uncomfortable or you don't want to smoke secondhand smoke, please be careful when booking.
2. Sound insulation is poor. In the morning, I will be awakened by the sound of dragging tables and chairs upstairs and the water flow of the switch faucet next door. I can clearly hear the child shouting at my mother outside. The sound insulation is really not flattering.
3. The room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views is more expensive than the one with a balcony. When I first arrived, my brother asked me if I wanted to change it to a balcony. I refused (how can there be a willingness to change the room to a cheap one 😂) The last time I stayed was the floor-to-ceiling window room type on the second floor. I suggest you call before booking to ask if the store is higher. The room on the floor, the vehicle noise outside the lower floor will be a bit loud, the view is relatively bad, and the room does not pull the curtains outside to see very clearly, if the curtains are pulled, it will lose the meaning of viewing the sea view.
Overall, the price of the B&B in Dongbi Village is expensive. The premium is a bit serious (especially on holidays). The overall B&B environment is definitely not comparable to hotels at the same price. If you stay here, it is best to watch the weather in advance. It is sunny and you can live here after the sunrise. Like I am in Xiapu, it is a cloudy day, then I think I can still live in a hotel in the town, and then drive by car to play.

GGuest UserMy friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

IIMASLI booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!
