Easy to access, clean, close proximity to the beach. In short, great !

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Great choice at breakfast. Excellent location near the sea, shops, restaurants and buses. I intend to return.

This is a perfect hotel spotless like new build staff very polite helpful in every way comfortable bed big TV water in mini fridge breakfast available if wanted extra cost would deffo recommended as some of the building around the area are ready to drop 2 min to beach 5 mins to shops good location

Great bed-and-breakfast location is good. Pretty central. There is street parking or you can park in the property contact with the owners is very good.

The location is excellent, just beside the most lively beach in Las Palmas, there is nothing nearby. The nearest bus stop is just two steps away. The bus on the island is very developed. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the left. A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. There is also a dj performance at night, but unfortunately it has not been completed. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient for people who rent a car around the island. The only thing is that not all rooms are sea views. We stayed at the interior this time, but fortunately there is a terrace. When booking, remember to note the sea view room, and there is a strange smell in our room. It’s basically gone for a day.

Location is very good, it’s central and one can easily access restaurants, coffee shops with the main bus station within walking distance.  The one thing that led to the poor rating of the hotel was the lack of hand soap, body and/or shampoo which I found very odd as it is a standard everywhere globally.

Good central location, modern and recent furnishings, fast and friendly reception, only the first breakfast is not at the height ... Some minutes after 7:30 there was almost nothing and no one worried about suppliing food, Industrial undriveable orange juice ... Coffee at the limit ... Peccato!

Check-in was a bit complicated and time-consuming as there was no front desk (you need to contact the hotel staff on WhatsApp). You need to be careful because you can't check in early or leave your luggage early even if you arrive early. Perhaps the canary is more humid than in Europe, the room smelled a little moldy and the room felt damp. There are windows, but is our room a courtyard? There was only a window facing, and the windows and curtains were closed all the time. Also, I think the walls are thin because I could hear music in other rooms. The door that separates the bedroom and bathroom is unstable and the gap above is large, so it is not recommended for those who care about sounds such as bathing or excretion. Also, since the bathroom only has shampoo and shower gel integrated, I think that those who are interested should bring shampoo and body soap. The room is equipped with a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, sink and tableware, so you can prepare a simple meal. Isn't it good for people staying consecutive nights?
