GGuest UserThe room is quite small and there isn't much space for suitcase or two people to sit and eat a meal but the bathroom is very very nice and the bed is quite comfortable. Staff is there 24/7 to help you and the location is perfect to the shopping centre and local restaurants! Really recommend!

GGuest UserVery pleasant and attentive service. The location is excellent (very central), but the surroundings aren't entirely pleasant. Parking is also a bit tricky, but that's understandable given the central location. The room itself was very nice, but we didn't find the terrace very useful, as I mentioned, due to its surroundings.

NNANXIThe location is excellent, just beside the most lively beach in Las Palmas, there is nothing nearby. The nearest bus stop is just two steps away. The bus on the island is very developed. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the left. A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. There is also a dj performance at night, but unfortunately it has not been completed. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient for people who rent a car around the island. The only thing is that not all rooms are sea views. We stayed at the interior this time, but fortunately there is a terrace. When booking, remember to note the sea view room, and there is a strange smell in our room. It’s basically gone for a day.

PPughCheap and cheerful budget hotel. Pillows are a little strange. Thin sheets (good for the hot climate). Beds not the most comfortable but not the worst. No AC just a fan that’s a bit tired. And the view from the frosted window is a bit depressing. Tv is just Spanish tv. Staff are very friendly and most speak good English. Good for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend for more than a few nights. Didn’t try the breakfast (reasonably priced) and the bar is only open for that. There are other bars nearby open till small hours though. Fairly safe area but not the prettiest. A 1 min walk to either beach and lots of restaurants. No water produced in the rooms or fridges.

LLunaVery good facilities. Magnificent location, right next to Canteras Beach, and without a doubt the best part, the attentiveness of the hotel staff. From the reception, to the maintenance staff who set up our crib on the spot, to the cleaning staff. Everything was great. We'll definitely return as soon as we can.

OOscarThe hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. However, breakfast is served at another NH hotel located 200 metres away. I was never informed of this before booking. The facilities are very old, a fact that is particularly noticeable in the bathroom. The room had no natural light and had two really small single beds.

Also adding a shower door would mean alot less water on the floor after every shower. other than that its perfect
