I had a very positive experience overall. The service was attentive, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. Staff were responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really added to the overall comfort. As for the facilities, they were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt organized and up to standard, making the environment both welcoming and convenient. Overall, a great experience that I would happily recommend.

The single room was spacious enough for one person. The photos online are better than the reality, especially what comes to bathrooms. Carrelage was broken on the floor so I assume there will be humidity at one point. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heating / cooling system did not function properly in the room. The receptionist kindly found me an extra blanket. Ear plugs would have been useful, as neighbours were loud coming to hotel at night. The breakfast was ok, but not standing out.

Its greatest asset is its unbeatable location for travelers arriving or departing by rail and those wishing to explore the city's historic center, which is easily reachable on foot. An excellent hotel close to the historic center of Strasbourg with on-site parking, very convenient when traveling by car. The area is very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The breakfasts are excellent, with everything you need for a full and filling breakfast: cold meats, several types of cheese, fresh vegetables, pastries, eggs, yogurt, juices, tea, and coffee. Rooms are cleaned daily.

The hotel is very well located near the train station and the city center. The receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and provided all the necessary information to ensure we had a very pleasant stay.

Looks like it's on a main road, but it's actually right in the city center. The environment is really good, and the parking lot is right next to the hotel. The service attitude is excellent, I felt very comfortable. Thumbs up to the staff!

The location is excellent, with the B tram stop right outside. A walk along the Ill River from the hotel to Petite France offers fantastic views. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and a supermarket is about 100 meters away.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

Location: It is just a 5-10 minutes walk from Gare de Strasbourg train station and just less than 5 minutes walk from the mall Place Les Halles where they have many shopping stores and restaurants. Relax walking from hotel to Petite France was just around 15-20 minutes. The hotel area is pretty safe as well. Services: Hotel staffs are nice and very helpful. We arrived before our check-in time and we can keep our luggage in the hotel for free before checked-in and even after checked-out. Amenities: Room has a strong good cold AC - which is very important during summer time. It also has TV, study table, wardrobe, kitchen full set along with microwave, stove, fridge, and proper utensils also its soap. For the toilet, extra tissues, shower and shampoo gel were also provided. Toilet has a towel dryer, hair dryer, mirror lamp. The shower functioning well though the shower room is pretty small. The bed and white sleeping pillows were comfortable, only one suggestion perhaps it can be cleaned more or changed the blue bed cover and square pillows as it was dusty when I came hence I did not use those blue ones. I will surely coming back again to stay here when I visit Strasbourg next time! Thank you once again for the hotel team!

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.
