GGuest UserThe hotel's location was good, but you need to reserve parking in advance. Since I was late, there was no parking available, and I had to park 500 meters away in a paid parking lot. It was a 15-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center, which is a nice spot. Because it's a new hotel, they sent me back and forth to my room a couple of times as they had given me the wrong key card and hadn't loaded it into the system.

SSr.NaldoLa habitación estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario.En nuestro caso lo escogimos por lo céntrico que se encuentra y bien conectado(como se puede apreciar en la foto desde la ventana).
Lo recomiendo para todo aquel que acuda a ver los mercados navideños.Tiene parada de bus y tranvía en la puerta y lateral del hotel lo cual lo hace bastante cómodo.

WWilson MC LimI had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.
One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day.
Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel met expectations. It's a budget option, but everything is clean and tidy. It's close to the train station. The only downside is that my windows overlooked a street with a tram. It's also noisy on that street until late at night. With the windows closed, the noise is practically nonexistent, but you can hear the tram. Next time I'm in Strasbourg, I'll stay here again.

GGuest UserThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

GGuest UserThe hotel stayed for two nights , very convenient , on a short trip that the hotel is just opposite the station . No noise at all , and time saving is large. Also near the center , beautiful churches, channels , there is a cafe. The hotel offers a good breakfast. I liked that you allowed an earlier settlement , so no one was standing over the soul for every minute when you evacuated , it was very convenient . Good bed, neat bathroom and toilet , all simple and elegant , but clean and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to other travelers, combined with the price - ayat is worthy.

Bby vitoEverything was perfect. No problems with logistics (it's a strategic location for visiting Strasbourg) or with breakfast (ample, both sweet and savory). For a car, I highly recommend Baggersee p+r. It's on the outskirts of Strasbourg, but for €4.20 for the whole day, you can use public transportation as many times as you want, as well as leave your car in the parking lot. And a single ticket covers seven people. Seeing is believing. Lots of stuff. I can confirm that the hotel is really good.

GGuest UserIt was freezing in the room, and I complained to reception. The response was that the government didn't allow them to set the temperature above 21 degrees Celsius... when it was 3 degrees outside and freezing cold throughout the hotel, except for the reception area, which, oddly enough, was pleasantly warm. I asked for an extra blanket, which they never provided. The service from the receptionist that night was terrible.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.
