Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

The hygiene is OK, and the bed in the room is quite comfortable. The design of the bathroom is a bit strange, but it is no problem to use it. The room is a little small, but the space design is quite reasonable, so it is not a problem to spread out the suitcases. The good thing is that the club has a relatively large business area and lounge area, and you can go in at any time to have some drinks, coffee, and snacks. This is a difficult hotel to review. The rooms we originally booked did not match the rooms that we were allocated. I understand that the hotel is an old building with a variety of styles of rooms, but the advertising is very misleading. With the help of the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, Noam(?), we shared our complaint and were given different rooms that were much better. Noam went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and welcome throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the property doesn’t have USB charging points, so you will need an adapter. Finally, we did have a fire alarm that was very laissez faire (I ran down the WOODEN fire escape stairs in my socks to find the hotel staff (an older gentleman) not really doing a lot - and not really explaining what was going on) and the fire escape had A LOT of cleaning supplies and furniture that in a real situation would have cost lives - I do think this is something the property needs to rectify immediately.

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Novotel Strasbourg from 5–6 June. A special thank you to Nagee at the front office, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, this central location comes with significant noise. Even in the middle of the night, street noise was very noticeable. People talking loudly and creating disturbances on the street opposite the hotel could be clearly heard from the room. The room size was quite small, and the amenities were below my expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, the location and helpful staff were positives, but the noise levels, room size, and limited amenities affected the overall experience.

I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center.
