Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was conveniently located near the station, which made it easy to travel between different cities. I really appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate in the room, making my stay more comfortable. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming. It was a shame there weren't many restaurants nearby for dinner, but if you're only planning to sightsee within Strasbourg, it shouldn't be an issue.

Great
GGuest UserVery close to the train station. A little far from the old city center, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The attractions are relatively concentrated.
The room is not big. After all, why would you need a bicycle in this area? The hygiene is OK. There is no bottled water in the room. You can go to the lobby to get water in a glass bottle and bring it to the room. There is also free coffee.
It was written on Ctrip that the room has a small refrigerator, but I found that it was not there when I actually checked in.
The breakfast is OK. The breakfast at Mercure has always been OK, but I have to complain about the Asian female employee in charge of breakfast. She greeted all white customers with a smile and said hello after the meal, but when I left and passed by her, she seemed to see nothing.
The other service staff were very good, very warm and friendly, but they spoke French by default, hahaha

GGuest UserThe 24-hour club is simply amazing. We took the 6 o'clock train to Berlin, and went to the club to have a cup of coffee and some snacks before departure. It was really considerate and convenient. Thanks to the service staff of OKKO!
GGuest UserIt was a perfect stay—comfortable and peaceful. The hospitality was wonderful, and everything exceeded our expectations. We are genuinely happy to come again. Highly recommended!

WWahyu Hwangroom size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants
if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel.
closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good
TTerrykaiFacilities: Parking available, which is convenient.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Located inside a shopping mall, very close to the city center and the church, all within walking distance.
Service: The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and check-in was very smooth.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel, warm welcome.
Spacious, clean, well-designed room, comfortable bed.
The pillow was too sore despite the two for me 🫢
Bar on the 9th floor, excellent, custom cocktail, beautiful view, lovely atmosphere with music... perfect to end a day of sightseeing.
Exquisite breakfast, plenty of choice and quality.
A hotel to stay at again without hesitation, a big favorite.

옥옥란Clean and good breakfast. It was close to downtown and it was very good to walk around. However, the hotel single room is too small, except for a little stuffy, the rest is the best
寒寒玉I stayed for one night and I feel pretty good in all aspects.
🔔 Service: The front desk and the luggage brother are very enthusiastic and meet the five-star standard. And the hotel staff will speak English and communicate conveniently.
