I booked a Family Suite through Trip.com, and the booking was processed via *******. I specifically selected and paid extra (around ₹6,000 / $85) for a package that included breakfast. However, upon arrival at Ramee Guestline Hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my booking. The hotel staff clarified that they received the reservation from ******* without breakfast, meaning the issue lies with ******* as the intermediary. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from Expedia’s side. Due to this miscommunication, I had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for breakfast at the hotel. Ramee Guestline Hotel handled the situation professionally, but Expedia’s lack of accuracy and coordination caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra cost. I strongly urge Trip.com and especially ******* to ensure that booking details are clearly and correctly communicated. Customers should not have to suffer or pay extra due to backend errors between platforms.

It’s my regular visit to Thirupathi and 3rd stay in Sprjngs Hotel, It was good and well maintained hotel in Thirupathi,

Peaceful location. Clean and neat rooms with good ac, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and other amenities. Perfect for a short stay. About 3 kms from tirupathi bus stand. Food delivery options like zomato available. I would not hesitate to stay again when i am back.

The stay was excellent and good. It was always our preferred hotel in Tirupathi as it located at the convenient place. Only suggestion is to provide the smaller size pillow instead of bigger one, which is difficult to use. The food was amazing and we had all the three course meal there. Especially, the children enjoy the taste of south Indian Idli, Dosa and Poori.

Very good experience with hotel harsha residency. Staff are very helpful and very supportive. Good location near to railway station and bus stand. Very clean and hygiene room. all amenities are good

Nice hotel to stay in tirupati

Service was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.
