3-Star Hotels in Ranau

Best place to stay with all the views, good mattress, everything good about this place, satisfied..

Stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed the breathtaking view and beautiful garden. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. However, the walkway from the car park to the hotel room was quite slippery, so it would be great if this could be improved for guests’ safety. I also hope the café can offer a wider variety of food choices and extend its operating hours for guests’ convenience.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The house is spacious, with a large kitchen, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It’s perfect for a family stay or a company trip. Will be coming back again 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

Hotel views of mountain is good, rooms were cleaned. Only problem was we were all 60s so rooms given to us was way below the slope where we have to climb the stairs was quite steep. Tv reception was bad. Good for young couples.

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious with plenty of beds. I requested a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Kinabalu, and luckily they were able to accommodate me (as one was available). You can relax at the cafe and enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view in the early morning. I would definitely repeat my stay next time.

Very nice to stay..so many time repeat already.. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Mount Kinabalu at 6am will really surprise you😲 We live on the highest floor, When you open the door and look to the left👀, you can see the whole Mount Kinabalu, and there are no wires or anything else blocking your view of taking photos😍😍😍 When you open the door and look to the right👀, you can see a sea of clouds, and the wind is really comfortable and cool🥶 But there are a lot of small insects in the room, and the bed sheets are not very clean, so they itch..😂

My family enjoyed our stay at the villa. The surroundings were tranquil and serene, and the fresh air was wonderful. The view from the outdoor dining was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the food. The fish beehoon soup was really good 👍🏼.
